【摘要】 “百年大计,质量第一”。建筑工程质量的好坏直接决定了建筑工程施工项目的成功与否,优良的工程质量不仅是国家建设顺利进行的标志,也是建筑企业持续发展的重要保证。随着我国国民经济的发展,建筑业逐渐成为我国国民经济的支柱产业。然而,由于存在建筑市场不规范,建筑法律不健全,或者由于内部管理的质量不高、管理混乱等引起建设方“退货”等工程质量事故。本文在国内外关于工程质量事故理论研究现状及发展的基础上,系统地论述了作者对工程质量事故分析方法的研究和应用成果。论文首先介绍了选题的依据和研究的意义,分析了工程质量事故的研究现状,提出了本文研究的目的;其次,依据实际案例分析了工程质量事故的特点和工程质量事故的成因。以Saaty的层次分析法原理,建立工程质量影响因素层次结构模型,定性分析了影响工程质量各因素的重要程度,提出工程质量事故预防和控制的重要措施;接着,本文采用统计方法对影响工程质量因素采取了定量的分析方法,分析了因素的形成原因,制定了因素控制的措施,并且以砌筑砂浆分析原理为基础,对影响工程质量的关键控制工序,提出了相应的控制措施;最后,对全文内容以及创新之处进行了总结,并对文中需要进一步深化的问题提出了今后继续研究的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 “A long lasting project, quality is priority”. The quality of a construction project directly determines the success of the project. The excellence of a building quality is not only the pulchritude of a country’s construction, but also the guarantee of building industry sustains development. Along with our economic growth, construction industry is becoming one of the supporting businesses of our economy. However, due to the non-standardizing of construction market, distempered ness of the law and bad quality and disarray of internal management, it often causes the quality accident. Based on the local and oversea analysis of quality accident theory and application, this article systematically discusses the method and application of construction quality accident analysis.The thesis first introduces the importance and the foundation of selecting the topic, analyze the status on quo of research on Construction Quality Accident and bring forward the objective of this thesis. Secondly, author, based on the case, study the characteristic and the cause of formation of Construction Quality Accident. Then author used Saaty level analytical method establish construction quality influence factor level frame model, qualitatively analyze the degree of importance of each factor, and advance the key factors that affect the prevention and control of Construction Quality Accident. Author use statistic method to quantitatively study those factors, analysis the reason of forming them, establish the controlling mechanism. According to the research result, author provides corresponding steps for key factors. Finally, author summarizes the thesis and the innovation points, brings out prospect on further study.更多还原
