体育馆空调系统不同送回风方式的模拟及比较

【摘要】 气流组织设计,是空调系统设计中最重要的环节之一。空调房间气流组织设计是否合理,直接影响着房间的空调效果和空调系统的能耗量。在气流组织的所有影响因素中,送回风方式的选择和送风参数的设定是影响气流组织最重要的因素。我国体育事业的蓬勃发展导致了体育场馆的高速建设,同时也向通风空调行业提出了更高的要求。目前,国内尚没有针对各类体育建筑的空调设计规范,对体育馆空调系统的研究也有待进一步的深入。体育场馆内空调气流组织的设计一直是空调系统设计中的一个难点,也是广大科研人员研究的热点。本课题以空调系统送回风方式为上送上回方式的恩施某体育馆为研究对象,通过调研分析,指出了其气流分布的不合理之处。其次,采用发展较成熟的数值模拟方法,利用目前应用较广泛的FLUENT系列软件,对体育馆空调系统的实际工况下比赛大厅的内部环境进行了数值模拟。通过与调研结果的对比,指出FLUENT能够比较真实地反映出全尺寸现场条件下体育馆比赛大厅的气流分布,证明其用于模拟预测体育馆建筑室内气流分布,从而进行定性分析和辅助设计是具有可应用性的。然后,利用FLUENT,对体育馆空调系统采用上送上回、上送侧回、上送下回三种不同的送回风方式工况下比赛大厅的温度场和速度场进行了模拟分析与比较。结果表明,三种送回风方式中,采用上送下回方式可以得到最好的气流分布。最后,对采用上送下回方式时选择不同的送风参数下的工况进行了模拟分析和比较,并得出了最优的送风参数,为实际工程设计提供指导和参考依据。

【Abstract】 In air condition engineering, designing of the air distribution is one of the most important parts. Airflow in air-conditioned room directly affects the indoor air environment and the energy of air conditioned in room. Air distribution depends on many facets, of which the airflow pattern and the parameters are the crucial facets.Since athletes’records can vary greatly depending on air velocities in sports hall, airflow pattern has played the most important role in the HVAC designing in gymnasiums.But in China, we do not have a air condition designing code for gymnasium. With regard to this status, HVAC designers and researchers have paid more and more attentions. Based on computational fluid mechanics and heat transfer theory, the thesis use the most popular numerical simulation software――FLUENT, to numerically simulates the air distribution of a gymnasium in Enshi City. Calculation results have been compared with the corresponding measuring results. Such comparisons show the validity of FLUENT in simulating indoor airflow pattern and temperature pattern in gymnasium. Then, simulations of indoor air distribution in gymnasium under three kinds of airflow patterns have been conducted by using FLUENT. By comparing the results, the conclusion provides that to form good airflow, it is better to set the outlet vents on the underside of the gymnasium when the inlet vents are on the ceiling. Finally, simulation the temperature and velocity of the indoor air under different ventilation parameters when the airflow pattern of the gymnasium is up given low return. The result supplies the optimization ventilation parameters for gymnasiums, of which the airflow pattern is up given low return. According to the different simulation results, proper designing about air supply outlets of HVAC system in gymnasium has been suggested in this paper.
