【摘要】 城市公共系统是代表城市现代化水平的标志,而城市商业步行环境下的公共设施则是城市公共系统的重要组成部分,是城市形象及管理质量、生活质量的体现,是人们精神生活提高的重要标志之一。城市公共设施的建设与人类的生活关系越来越紧密,通过城市商业步行街的公共设施,这种无言的服务、无声的命令、提高都市的管理效率和水平,同时表达出大城市的形象个性与魅力。我国目前处于城市商业步行街环境的改造阶段,随着大规模的城市建设,公共设施将伴随着趁势发展的设计越来越受到社会的重视,城市步行商业街公共设施将更多的发挥其作用。人们不仅将会注意公共设施的合理设置问题,而且更重视其精度、美感和质量以及合理的管理方式。对此笔者提出了自己粗浅的看法。本文主要由六部分组成:第一章是对本文所涉及到研究对象的相关背景,相关研究发展和研究目的与意义作简要的阐述。第二章对城市公共设施的相关概念及功能特性等作了详细分析,揭示出城市公共设施目前所出现的主要问题。第三章是阐述城市商业步行街的相关概念以及特性和分析其对城市各方面的影响。第四章从商业步行街中人的活动心理和行为特征上分析,提出了城市商业步行街中公共设施设计的原则与要求。第五章针对公共设施出现的问题以及人在商业步行空间中的需求,对城市商业步行环境下的公共设施具体的单体设计作了详细的阐述。第六章针是对目前城市商业步行街中的公共设施出现的设计模式和管理问题提出了新的建议和意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 The city public system is the symbol of the city modernization. and the city commercial walk environment public facility is the city public system important constituent. It is the city image and the management quality, quality of life manifesting and it is also one of important symbols which the people spiritual life enhances.The city public facility construction and humanity’s life relations is more and more close. Through the city commercial walk street public facility, this kind of non- word service, the silent order, enhance the metropolis the management efficiency and the level, simultaneously expresses the big city the vivid individuality and the charming. At present Our country is in the city commercial walk street environment the transformation stage, along with the large-scale urban construction, the public facility will follow is making use of a favorable situation the development design more and more to receive social the value, the city walk business street public facility. The people not only will be able to pay attention to the public facility the reasonable establishment question, moreover will take its precision, the esthetic sense and the quality as well as the reasonable management way.
