纤维素生产工段自动控制系统设计与实现

【摘要】 纤维素是以棉短绒为原料,经碱法蒸煮、漂洗精制而成的产品,主要用于制造醋酸纤维素、硝化纤维素和醚类纤维素,是食品、医药、日化、建材、造纸、电子、塑料、航天和军工等行业不可或缺的重要原材料。目前,国内的纤维素生产行业在生产流程控制,特别是自动化和信息化方面还比较落后,仍然采用五六十年代的生产设备和工艺,大量依靠工人手动操作,在生产效率、工作强度、产品质量等方面还存在一些不足。本文围绕纤维素生产工段的技术要求,依据该厂的实际情况,对整个纤维素生产工段自动控制系统的体系和结构进行了分析和设计,并在实际开发之前进行了虚拟控制界面的设计,为实际的施工和操作提供了有效的验证和参考。针对一期工程——蒸煮工段自动控制系统的改造,我们进行了硬件系统设计和软件系统设计,包括电气柜线路设计、控制柜线路设计、现场设备通讯网络的配置、具体设备的分布、控制设备的配置、软件开发的平台、蒸煮工段的控制流程等各个方面的具体设计。同时,完成了设备选型的工作,并克服了实际工程中的难点问题。编制了上位机监控程序和下位机PLC的控制程序。通过上位机和下位机的配合运行,能够充分满足蒸煮工段的生产需求,实现了蒸煮工段的自动控制和集中监控。该控制系统可靠性高,操作方便,界面友好,有较大的灵活性,在目前调试阶段中运行状态良好,体现出很好的使用价值。
【Abstract】 Cellulose is an important product that is widely used in industry field. Nowadays the production of cellulose in China is still behind that in developed countries.The trend of the development of cellulose production is presented. The control system and principle of control apparatus are analyzed in detail. A visual control platform to help us implement the real system is also designed. Based on the program of the cellulose production, the software of the control system is designed. The monitoring and control system for the production consists of industry computer and PLC. The human machine interface and the monitoring and control are developed. Considering the feature of the control system, the software of PLC is modularized and programmed as different function. User can control the apparatus flexibly with the monitoring and control system.The implementation of the control system based on SIMATIC PLC and WinCC is also discussed. The function of the system, hardware constitution, communication and software design are described in details.The control system for the production of cellulose has already been testified, and it works well in the field.
