基于LabVIEW的前置放大器测试仪软件系统的实现

【摘要】 随着计算机技术和电子技术的日益发展,在传统的测量测试技术的基础上产生了虚拟仪器的技术。计算机科技的成果不断应该用到虚拟仪器技术上,使得虚拟仪器在测量测控行业内发挥着越来越大的作用。本文阐述了基于LabVIEW 7.1平台开发实现的前置放大器测试仪软件系统。文中对测试仪软件系统所要达到的功能指标进行了介绍,阐述了软件系统总体设计的目标和思想,具体分析和论述了采用LabVIEW图形化编程语言对登录界面、测试主界面、报表管理界面、参数修改界面、用户管理界面等五个界面进行设计和实现的原理。其中,对整个测试软件中功能最集中的测试主界面进行了重点阐述,详细说明了针对不同测试任务需要而执行不同软件流程的设计思路和原则。文中给出了增益测试、截止频率测试、交流串扰测试、AGC测试、直流通道跨阻测试、直流通道失调电压测试、交流噪声测试、陷波特性测试等八大测试项目的实现过程,总结性的叙述了在测试主界面的设计过程中所用到的顺序控制、文字显示及界面间数据通信和调用等关键技术。作为一个自动测试软件,报表的生成和管理是测试系统对测得数据进行处理的必不可少的环节,同时也是用户最为注重的功能之一。本文介绍了多种报表生成技术的特点及其适用条件,重点介绍了使用LabVIEW的File I/O类函数及Report Generation toolkit进行报表生成的方法,以及引入测试历史判别机制的思想。同时,文中说明了根据用户的实际需要对报表进行格式调整的方法和经验。作者在项目的开发过程中完成了方案制定,系统设计,软件编写调试,软硬件系统联调,软件功能完善及项目验收等工作,并提出了另一种基于数据采集卡的实现方案。本项目已经交付用户方使用一年。在此期间,该测试仪整机工作良好,软件系统运作稳定,用户评价很高。

【Abstract】 Along with the increasing development of computer and electronic technology, virtual instrument technology was created based on the traditional measuring technology. The production of computer science and technology is constantly applied to virtual instrument technology and makes it play a growing role in measuring industry.In this paper, testing software system of preamplifier is implemented based on LabVIEW Version 7.1 .The required function of the testing software system is introduced. Overall objective and design concepts are explained. Then the flow design and implementation theory of five interfaces are concretely analysed, including log on interface, testing main interface, reports management interface, parameter modification interface and users management interface. The paper elaborates the testing main interface which concentrating most functions, explains the design concept and principle of different software processes for dissimilarity testing task. The paper gives accomplishing processes of eight test items, including gain test, cut-off frequency test, AC interference test, AGC test, AC channel transimpedance test, DC channel maladjusted voltage test, AC noise test, notch speciality test. Summarizes the key technique of the order control, text display and data transfer between interfaces in the testing main interface.As an auto-testing software, the report generation and management are the absolutely necessary part of testing system for managing tested data. It is one of the functions that users most focus on. So the paper introduces multiple techniques of report generation, including their respective specialities and application conditions. The emphasis is the methods to use File I/O functions and Report Generation toolkit in LabVIEW to generate different reports, and the concept of testing history discriminance. At the same time, the method and experiences to regulate report format according to users’practical demands is explained.In this project, the author has achieved works such as project establishment, system design, software programming, software and hardware united debug, software performance improvement and project qualification. The author proposes another kind of solution that based on data acquisition card for this project.The project has been consigned to the consumer for one year. In this period, the testing system worked well and the software system operated stably. As a result, the consumer put a high value on the project.
