【摘要】 远程教育课件包含了视、音频等大信息量的媒体素材,增加了整个课件的信息量,满足了学习者全方位的教育需求。学习者可以通过从声、光、色等多方面来学习知识,完全如身临真实课堂。但是由于现阶段网络教育标准没有推广普及,造成标准各异的低水平学习管理系统重复建设,不同的系统之间互操性极低,严重制约了网络教育的迅速发展。本文针对这一问题在研究了相关的网络教育技术标准和相关技术的基础上提出了一种全新的学习管理系统方案。首先本文分析了现有学习管理系统之间不能够进行互操作的根本原因,提出了解决问题的关键点,并对我国现代网络教育技术标准体系中的相关标准的信息模型进行研究,用标准将其规范化,从而实现不同系统间的互操作,实现学习管理系统建设的标准化。并在研究了国内外学习管理系统建设的成果和经验的基础上,提出了一种全新的远程教育平台的软件解决方案,详细研究了整体架构、核心构架和软件实现关键问题,并在J2EE平台上予以实现。学习管理系统及其标准化是网络教育的重要研究方向,它能够有力促进网络教育的迅速发展的普及,避免低水平系统的重复开发,使网络教育真正成为任何人构建在任何时间、任何地点、从任何一个起点,学习任何知识的终身学习体系。因此,本项目的研究具有一定的学术价值和较大的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Distance education programs include video, audio and other large amounts of mediamaterials; increase the amount of the entire program to meet the educational needs of alllearners. Learners can get knowledge from the sound, light, color, and other aspects of,completely like in classroom. However, because network educational standards are notuniversal,resultingindifferent standards oflowlearningmanagementsystemredundancy,interoperability between different systems very low, serious constraints to the rapiddevelopment of a network of education. Thepapers response to this question in the studyof the relevant technical standards and related technical education network basis, produceanewlearningmanagementsystem.The first study analyzed existing management systems do not allow forinter-operation among the root causes of the problem by the key points and technicalstandards of our modern network education system relevant information model standardresearch criteria used to standardize in order to achieve mutual operation between thedifferent systems. Learning management system achieve to standardization. And in thedomesticandinternationalresearchstudyresults andbuildingmanagementsystemsonthebasis of experience, proposed a new distance education platform software solution, adetailedstudyoftheoverall structure,thecoreframeworkandsoftwaretoachievethekeyissuesandJ2EEplatformtobeachieved.Learning management system and its network educational standardization is animportant research direction, it can effectively promote the rapid development of networkeducation outreach, avoid duplication of low-level systems development, networkeducation truly become a person at any time and any place, from any starting point tolearn any knowledge of lifelong learning system.
