电动自行车用开关磁阻电机驱动系统的研究与实践

【摘要】 随着社会文明的发展,科学的进步,人类物质文化生活水平的提高和环保、能源意识的增强,社会呼唤着一种无污染、噪声低、操作简单、速度适中的个人交通代步工具。电动自行车作为一种理想的“绿色”代步工具,为人们带来了福音。90年代初以来随着电池性能的提高得到了迅猛的发展,现在已经成为一种呈现勃勃生机的产业。国内外都在竞相开发相关的产品,市场前景非常诱人。开关磁阻电机驱动系统是一种新型的调速系统,它具有简单的机构,低廉的成本,较高的转矩功率密度,优异的性能使其成为当今电动车驱动系统的优秀的解决方案之一。本文在国家十五“863”电动汽车重大专项的资助下,以全电动为主体、助力相辅的低中端电动自行车为研究目的,根据其应用的特点以三相6/8极开关磁阻低速轮毂电机为研究对象,并基于AVR单片机ATmega8+GAL20V8的控制核心完成了整个控制系统的设计。首先,综述了电动自行车和开关磁阻电机的国内外的发展状况,对开关磁阻电机驱动系统应用于此场合进行了论证。基于其应用的特点,对电机的类型、控制策略、功率变换器与控制核心进行了综合的考虑,提出了适合此情况的开关磁阻电机驱动系统方案。其次,对基于电压PWM+APC的复合控制策略进行了研究,以样机的非线性模型为依据,在MATLAB环境中进行了稳态仿真,对此情况的角度优化控制提供了相关的控制参数和控制规律。最后,以AVR的单片机ATmega8+GAL20V8完成了整个控制系统的软硬件设计,对系统的软硬件可靠性设计进行了讨论,并对驱动系统进行了实验,结果表明此系统调速性能良好,性能价格比高,有很大的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Environmental protection and energy conservation are two extrude topics of the 21st century. Accordingly, different kinds of green vehicles rise in response to proper time. Electric bicycle is a perfect green vehicle, which has characteristics of non-pollution, low noise, simplicity of operation and moderate velocity. It grows rapidly in company with the enhancement of battery performance. Correlative products are exploited at home and abroad. Electric bicycle has extraordinary market prospect.As a new type of speed control system, switched reluctance drive (SRD) is characterized by its compactness, robustness, flexible control method and it seems to be one of the excellent solutions for the electric vehicles. The thesis focuses on designing a low-price electric bicycle with pedal assistance using switched reluctance drive. A 6/8 pole low speed switched reluctance wheel motor is adopted in terms of its’ applicative feature. The whole control system is finished with AVR chip microprocessor ATmega8 and GAL20V8.Firstly, based on overview of the development of electric bicycle and switched reluctance drive system at home and abroad, it is concluded that it is a good try to apply switched reluctance drive system to electric bicycle. Since high performance-price ratio and reliability are required for electric bicycle, so the scheme of switched reluctance drive system is put forward by considering the type of motor, control strategy, power converter and control kernel synthetically.Secondly, compound control strategy of PWM and APC (Angle Position Control) are studied. With prototype’s non-linear model, steady state simulation is carried out in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. The simulation result supplies correlative control parameters and control law for angle optimization control of switched reluctance motor.Eventually, hardware and software design of the control system are finished with AVR chip microprocessor ATmega8 and GAL20V8.Reliablity design of system are also discussed. The experiment is carried out and the results show that the system has good performance. Electric bicycle using this drive system has high performance-price ratio and prodigious potential application.
