新型广域网后备保护研究

【摘要】 传统线路后备保护是通过多段式保护的动作时限、动作定值和动作区的相互配合来实现一定区域间的整体保护。随着电网容量的持续增长、网络拓扑结构的日趋复杂,给后备保护的定值、时限的配合造成了很大困难。众多大范围的停电事故表明,保护装置的不正确动作容易导致系统的不稳定运行,甚至造成系统瓦解的严重后果。随着计算机和通讯技术的发展,广域保护能够很好的解决上述技术难题,它与传统线路保护不同,通过对广域范围内的故障信息及开关位置信息的采集和综合分析,能够正确的做出有利于整个系统优化和协调功能的保护动作策略。论文首先介绍了广域保护提出的背景及其研究现状,论述了广域保护的性能、功能组成、功能划分和功能结构,在分析了传统保护的局限性的基础上提出了一种新型的广域网线路后备保护方案,并给出了该方案的研究背景、意义、原理及保护算法。其中,故障选相采用序电流选相和阻抗元件选相两种,故障定位采用零负序电流方向元件和阻抗方向元件。文中详细分析了各种选相元件和故障定位元件的工作原理和保护判据,并给出了具体的故障选相和故障定位方法。论文提出的广域线路后备保护系统分为保护主站系统和保护子站系统。文中详细介绍了两部分系统的功能分配,并给出了与各自功能相对应的硬件结构、原理及其软件设计。在硬件方面给出了广域保护装置采用的各种控制模板的性能及功能实现,并详细介绍了本系统的硬件核心APCI5000系列工业控制模板。在软件方面给出了保护子站系统和保护主站系统的程序设计原理及其程序流程图,并对各部分程序模块进行了详细的论述。最后,通过动模试验证明了广域保护系统的可行性和正确性。

【Abstract】 Conventional line backup protection relays protect a constant area through the cooperation of the action time, action value and action region. With the increase of the power system capability and the complicated system structure, it troubles the cooperation of the protection value and action time. Studies of significant power system incidents indicate that protection relays are involved in most of the major disturbances, even making the system breakdown. With the development on computer and communication, the wide area protection can solve the problem above excellently, it is different from conventional protection relays, through collecting the fault information and the switch information, working out the action strategy that is optimized and harmonized.In the beginning, the background and research situation of the wide area protection are introduced in this thesis, and then characteristics, function making up, function partition and system structure are discussed. On the basis of the analysis of the flaw of the conventional protection relays, a new wide area transmission line backup protection scheme is proposed in this dissertation, and then the theory, purport, system structure and protection arithmetic are introduced. The fault phase selection includes current phase selection and impedance phase selection, and the fault location contains current direction element and impedance direction element, and then the idiographic method is given.The wide area backup protection proposed in this dissertation consists of the protection master system and the protection slave system. The function distribution, the design of the hardware and the software of these two parts are introduced in this dissertation. On the aspect of hardware, the characteristics and function distribution of the variant of template used in the wide area protection relays are presented in the thesis, and the APCI5000 industrial computer, which is the core of the hardware is also introduced. On the aspect of software, the frameworks of the protection master system and the protection slave system are given, and then the program flows are introduced detailed. Finally, the dynamic simulations show practicability of the proposed scheme.
