基于DSP的三相高频PWM整流器

【摘要】 随着对绿色电能要求的不断增强,开发无谐波污染的用电设备已是电力电子领域内的共识。三相电压型高频PWM整流器具有输入电流正弦化、可运行于任意功率因数下尤其是可以运行于单位功率因数下、能量可实现双向流动等优越特性,而成为目前电力电子领域中被广泛研究的课题之一。论文设计了一种基于TMS320F2812DSP芯片控制的三相电压型高频PWM整流系统,完成了从系统结构、硬件、软件到控制策略等方面的设计。文中首先对三相电压型高频PWM整流器的工作原理进行了详细的论述,在得出其在三相静止坐标系ABC下的数学模型的基础上,建立了三相电压型高频PWM整流器在同步旋转坐标系d、q轴下的数学模型,并进一步阐述了PWM整流器d、q轴电流解耦控制策略。然后在Matlab的集成仿真环境Simulink下搭建了仿真模型,通过仿真,验证了理论的可行性。设计并制作了系统主电路、控制电路板、显示给定电路板,并在此基础上搭建实验平台。系统采用全数字式DSP控制;PWM调制采用空间矢量法;电流、电压调节器采用经典的PID调节器。最后通过实验验证了该理论的正确性。

【Abstract】 The three-phase voltage-source PWM rectifier is becoming interested in power electronics field because it has many excellent characteristics such as undistorted sinusoidal current waveform, unity power factor, and bidirectional energy flow.A three-phase voltage-source PWM Rectifier system based on digital control chip TMS320F2812 is designed in this paper, and the design of the system structure, the hardware and the software is discussed. This paper analyzes the principle of the three-phase voltage-source high-frequency PWM rectifier in detail. And the rotate reference frame d/q model is discussed through its model in three-phase state reference frame ABC, and then the control strategy is figured out.The theory is feasible through simulation with software Matlab. An experiment establishment is build including main circuit, control board, display board and other equipments required. Digital control method is adopted in the control system. This theory is validated through the experiment.
