塑料注射成型模拟系统前后置处理的研究与开发

【摘要】 HSCAE是由华中科技大学华塑软件研究中心研究开发的新一代商品化塑料注射成型过程模拟系统。它采用现代的软件工程方法进行系统分析、系统设计,具有完善的功能,友好的用户界面,得到了广泛的应用。本文主要对HSCAE系统在架构、前后置处理中的关键技术进行研究。深入讨论了HSCAE系统的架构过程,主要包括系统流程的分析、主题的识别、功能模块的划分。塑料注射成型过程模拟系统分为前置处理、数值分析和后置处理等主要处理流程;包括前置处理、数值分析管理、专家系统、结果处理和数据存取管理等主要设计主题;包含快速充模分析、详细充模分析、保压分析、冷却分析、应力分析和翘曲分析等主要功能模块。图形操作平台是HSCAE系统前后置处理的重要组成部分,作者重点讨论了图形操作平台的分析与设计过程,包括全面的图形操作平台的设计、创新性的图形渲染器设计、图形操作过程中的图形变换计算、友好的人机交互方式的设计。浇注系统的设计是HSCAE 5.5版开始具有的功能,作者描述了以流道中心线为流道设计基准的新的浇注系统设计理念,热流道、阀浇口等新型流道系统的设计。引入了流道系统与CAD系统采用IGES文件进行数据交换的方法。按照查看数据结果的方式分类,作者分别阐述了颜色映射模式下数据场的显示、各种曲线图的显示、翘曲变形的显示。在此基础上,结合虚拟注射成型周期中的模架、注射机运动,完成了虚拟注射成型的原型系统。针对模架、注射机运动,创新性提出了基于骨骼动画的运动仿真的设计思想和实现途径。在进行上述分析与研究的基础上,作者完成了HSCAE系统中上述前后置处理模块的大部分工作,并与其他技术人员共同开发了HSCAE。HSCAE系统的逐渐广泛应用,表明了根据本文研究开发的前后置处理模块在功能完备性、稳定性、用户交互友好性等各方面都已日趋成熟。
【Abstract】 HSCAE is the newest generation numerical simulation commercial software for plastic injection molding, which is developed by HuaSu Software Research Center of HUST. It is designed and developed by modern software engineering method. It supports both surface model and three-dimensional model, and has friendly user interface. This paper focuses on the research of the system structure, pro-processing, post-processing of HSCAE.This paper deeply discusses the structure design of HSCAE, including logic flow analysis, topic identifying and modularization. Plastic injection molding simulation process can be divided into pro-processing, numerical simulation and post-processing. It includes such topics as: pro-processing, numerical simulation, expert system, data management and post-processing. It is composed of fast filling simulation, detail filling simulation, packing simulation, cooling simulation, stress analysis and warpage analysis modules.Graphic operation platform is an important component of HSCAE in post-processing. This paper presents the analysis and design of graphic operation platform in details, including the all-around design of this platform, innovative implement of graphic render, transformation in graphic operation and design of user interface.The runner system design has been a feature of HSCAE since version 5.5. This paper provides a new runner system design method base on runner center lines, which includes up-to-date runner system, such as hot runner system, valve gate. It also introduces how to exchange data with CAD system through IGES files.Grouped by the display mode, this paper dividually discusses the color-map graph, various curve graph, warpage result display. Based on above research, integrates mold movement and injection machine movement in injection, the author has developed virtual injection molding system. This paper also brings out a new design method of molding movement simulation, plastic injection machine movement simulation based on skeleton animation. Based on the analysis and research above, the author has accomplished most jobs of pre-processing and post-processing in HSCAE and has developed HSCAE system in cooperation with colleagues. As the gradual application of this system, the pre-processing and post-processing module researched in this article is proved performing well on the integrality of function, friendly on user interface.
