铝电解槽阳极导杆电流示波器的研制

【摘要】 铝工业在国民经济中占据着重要的地位。现代铝工业的生产,主要采用电解法获得铝,即在电解槽中通入强大的直流电流,在阴极和阳极进行电解。在铝生产过程中,确保铝电解槽的稳定一直是促进优化生产的关键因素之一。在国内,对铝电解槽稳定的维持主要通过监测电解槽槽电压和分析其变化来调整电解工艺,稳定电解槽,达到优化生产的目的。到上世纪九十年代中期,国外研究者率先提出了通过监测铝电解槽阳极电流的方法来判断电解槽稳定的新思路。本文在分析了铝电解槽阳极电流与电解槽稳定之间关系的基础上,依据智能仪器的设计原理,开发了基于单片机作为控制核心的电流示波器。该示波器能实时采集阳极导杆上的电流信号、动态波形显示,通过对信号处理和分析来判断电解槽内熔体的波动情况,据此调整电解工艺,从而达到稳定电解槽的目的。本仪器通过由高精度集成运算放大器组成的信号调理电路进行信号采集,信号由模数转换器转换成数字量进入单片机进行数据处理,通过液晶屏动态显示采集的电流波形信号。同时,能按照需要存储采集的电流信号,并使之在液晶屏上回放,便于后续的数据分析。在示波器的设计中,采用当前较流行的SST FlashFlex51系列单片机作为测控仪器的控制核心,同时外接了斩波式高精度运算放大器、模数转换器、IIC总线存储器、图形点阵液晶显示器等器件,构成了电流示波器的硬件电路。在硬件电路的基础上,依据硬件底层驱动、上层程序和应用层程序设计的模式,完成了对各个硬件模块和整个系统的软件设计,实现了实时监测铝电解槽阳极导杆电流的目的。基于SST系列单片机的铝电解槽阳极电流示波器的设计,达到了利用电流信号来监测铝电解槽稳定性的目的,为多参数综合测量铝电解槽工艺参数提供了现实途径,促进了铝生产工艺的优化。

【Abstract】 Aluminum industry has an important role in national economy. In modern industry, electrolytic process was used mainly to get aluminum. High current was used to electrolyze melt mass with anode and cathode in aluminum electrolytic cell. One of the key factors, in order to optimization production in industry, was to guarantee the stability of aluminum electrolytic cell. Real-time monitoring aluminum electrolytic cell voltage was an important method to use guarantee the stability of aluminum electrolytic cell in China. On the base of variety of cell voltage,electrolyze process was adjusted and production was optimized. Since middle period of the 1990s, monitoring aluminum electrolytic cell anode current was described firstly to guarantee the stability of aluminum electrolytic cell by researchers in foreign.On the base of analyzing relations between guaranteeing the stability of aluminum electrolytic cell and aluminum electrolytic cell anode current,according to the principle of intelligent instrument,current oscilloscope,which was mainly controlled by single chip microcomputer,was designed. The instrument can acquire instantly current signal in anode and display waveform, analyze the data to get the waveform information of aluminum melt and to guarantee the stability of aluminum electrolytic cell. By the high-performance operational amplifier, the current signal was acquired, converted to digital signal into single chip microcomputer and displayed on the Lattice LCD. Meanwhile, the wave could be save and playback according to the indeed. In the design of this device, the popular SST FlashFlex51 series microcomputer was selected to be the core of this test and control instrument. The instrument has other parts such as chopping high performance operation amplifier,analog to digital converter I2C-Bus memory、the Lattice LCD and so on. On the base of the hardware circuit, device driver and system software were programmed according to device driver、over story program and application layer program. The aim of the device was attained. The research of aluminum electrolytic cell anode current oscilloscope based on SST series chip Microcomputer attained the aim of monitoring current signal to guarantee the stability of aluminum electrolytic cell, and greatly improve productivity of aluminum industry.
