机器人等离子喷涂智能控制系统的研究

【摘要】 等离子喷涂由于具有涂层成形平整、光滑且具有较好的使用性能,并易于实现自动化操作的特点,广泛运用于表面强化、零件修复、功能涂层制备等领域,正成为工业生产中最重要的加工方法之一,而机器人技术作为工业自动化三大支柱之一在等离子喷涂领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文主要介绍了系统的组成和智能控制器的设计方法,为研究高度智能化的等离子喷涂智能控制系统的研究和产业化奠定基础。本文主要工作如下:为提高系统的集成化程度,系统选用工控机配备高性能数据采集卡PCL-818L作为硬件平台并设计了数据采集的软、硬件系统;针对弧焊电源具有非线性、强耦合及强干扰的特性,提出了智能控制算法运用于电源的外特性控制并设计了系统模糊控制器;并基于大量试验在简单模糊控制器的基础上提出了自组织模糊控制技术运用于弧焊电源控制的思路及设计方法;结合面向对象程序设计思想开发了集数据采集、数据显示、数据存储、曲线波形动态显示和开关控制过程一体的可视化界面应用程序;设计了基于PWM控制的直流电机送粉机构并完成单片机与上位机的串口通讯软件的开发;在SIMULINK环境下对实际电源系统的近似模型进行动态仿真并取得良好的效果;为拓展系统的功能,在硬件上设置了机器人接口以实现机器人、电源的一体化控制;同时在控制程序中实现了通用数据采集、分析的功能;最后在结束语部分对本系统进行了评价,并提出了可进一步改进的措施。
【Abstract】 Plasma spraying is one of the most important methods in manufacture because the coat is smooth and has good performance in practical use .And because it is easy to implement automatic manipulation, it is widely used in the areas of the repair of accessory, the surface aggrandizement and the functional coat. The technology of robots , one of the three bases of automatism in industry, is also used in plasma spraying. In this article, the author introduce the makeup of the system and how to design a intelligent controller. All this establishes the base of implementation of intelligent control in plasma spraying. All the works list as follows: first ,to improve the integration of the system ,the author select IPC(industry computer) and data acquisition card PCL-818L as the main hardware platform; secondly because arc welding power source has a characteristic of nonlinear, strong interference and coupling in dynamic course, so the author use intelligent technique to regulate the outer character of the power and design a fuzzy controller; the author discussed the main factors which affect the capability of fuzzy controller and attempt to design a self-organized fuzzy controller for power. On software, the author design a effici- ent control program, which is based on OOP(Object Oriented Programming).The program’s functions includes: data acquisition, data display, data storage, curve’s dynamic display, and the program has a visual integrative interface on data acquisition and switch data control. Also the author design a DC motor speed control using PWM theory to regulate the pace of powder and finish the communication software between PC and SCM. Also, the author design a approximate dynamic model and emulate it in SIMULINK environment and get a good result. To develop the function of the hardware system, the system design a interface used by a plasma spraying robot. And the program actualize the current function of data acquisition and analysis. In the end, the article gives the evaluation of this system and advice for future improvement.
