机械系统虚拟样机仿真结果可视化的研究与应用

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的发展以及国内外市场竞争的加剧,基于虚拟样机(Virtual Prototyping,简称VP)的设计技术应运而生。虚拟样机技术是一种基于产品的计算机仿真模型的数字化设计和分析方法。本文在国家八六三计划(2004AA411010)与国家科技攻关计划(2004BA201A85)的资助下,基于多体系统动力学理论和计算机图形学技术,对机械系统虚拟样机仿真分析结果的可视化进行研究,在自主开发的多体动力学仿真分析平台(InteDyna)上开发出后处理模块,为工程技术人员对仿真结果分析提供方便。本文首先运用图论方法,分析了树型和非树型机械系统的拓扑图构成。采用面向对象思想,对仿真模型元素进行抽象和分类,实现其类体系结构。研究这些模型元素之间的关联关系,完成对仿真模型的组织。调用求解器对仿真模型进行分析求解,得到仿真结果。针对动画仿真和仿真结果数据可视化处理功能模块的特点,设计并实现了仿真分析结果数据管理模块,对仿真结果数据的物理组织和逻辑组织进行管理。在仿真模型组织和仿真结果数据管理的基础上,完成了动画仿真和仿真结果数据可视化处理。结合计算机图形学、计算机动画技术,对仿真模型进行坐标变换和视图变换,生成动画仿真数据,按关键帧动画方式实现动画仿真。通过调整动画相机,实现对仿真动画观测的控制。通过仿真结果数据的可视化处理,完成仿真模型相关参数在仿真中数值变化的显示和处理。最后应用这些技术,采用VC++7.0开发工具,实现了仿真结果可视化模块。对该模块的体系架构、功能进行简要的介绍,并通过在该模块上进行汽车整车的仿真可视化应用,验证了这些研究是可行的和有效的。

【Abstract】 The technology of Virtual Prototyping has been come into being with the development of Computer Science and fierce market competition at home and abroad. Prototyping is a technology of design and analysis based on the digital model of product. This thesis, supported by the National High-Tech, China (No. 2004AA411010) and the National Key Science and Technology program (No. 2004BA201A85), aims at the implementation of the module of dynamic simulation result visualization of mechanical system prototyping, based on the theory of multibody dynamic and computer graphics. This module, composed of simulation animation and plot show, facilitates the results analysis for engineers.First, base on the graphics theory, tree type topological structure and none-tree type mechanical systems are analyzed. Then applied object-orientated thoughts, the model elements of mechanical system are classified and abstracted. The architecture of mechanical system elements classes is implemented. After research on the inter-relationship between model elements, the simulation model is organized. Thirdly the results are obtained by solving the simulation model. Aimed at the application of results show, the results data management module is designed and implemented, which is in charge of the physical and logical organization of results data in memory.The animation simulation and visual numerical treatment of simulation results are conducted based on the model organization and results management. Combined with computer graphics, computer animation and double buffering technology, etc, the animation data is generated by transforming the model coordinates and view. The simulation animation works in mode of key-frame movie. Observing animation is controlled by adjusting the animation camera. The display and treatment of model parameter change are conducted by the model of result data visualization treatment.Finally, based on research above, and by using VC++7.0 developing tool, a simulation results visualization module is developed. The architecture and function of the model are briefly introduced. A full vehicle dynamic simulation result visualization is applied on this module. The results show that the research in this thesis is valid and feasible.
