面向机电专业的DSP开放式教学实验系统的研究

【摘要】 实验环节是培养高素质机电人才的重要环节之一。在现阶段下已经成为制约培养既具有扎实的理论基础又具备动手实践能力的高素质人才的因素之一。随着电子、控制及计算机科学等的发展,机电一体化技术也取得了长足的进步。社会对于掌握最新的机电一体化技术的高素质人才需求不断增长,客观上要求加强此类人才的培养。本文分析了机电一体化技术的发展情况及我国当前机电类专业的教学现状,在此基础上研究了一种基于DSP的开放式教学实验系统。首先,本文根据机电一体化技术的发展前景以及目前我国此类教学实验设备缺乏的现状,在总结借鉴以往成功研究HJD系列教学实验产品的经验基础上,提出了基于DSP的机电一体化教学实验系统的设计思路,并对该实验系统的结构等进行了总体设计。其次,本文对该教学实验系统的控制模块进行了研究设计。详细叙述了输入、输出、串行通信、交流变频和步进驱动等模块的设计思想及使用方法。再次,本文对DSP与PC机通信技术的原理及实现方法进行了研究,并用实验系统中的综合实验选刀换刀实验作为控制实例,具体讲述了DSP与PC机串行通信的原理及方法,包括通信规则定义、DSP程序设计及PC机程序设计等。除此之外本文列举了多个典型的实验来演示教学实验系统的功能,讨论和分析了这些实验中的关键技术及程序设计方法。最后对自己工作的不足以及今后的努力方向进行了总结。
【Abstract】 Experiment is playing an important role in cultivating high quality students majoring in Mechatronical Engineering. Now it was becoming one of the restrict reasons in cultivating high quality students who not only have stable theory foundation but also have strong practice ability. With the development of Electronics、Cybernetics and Computer Science, Mechatronics also made many large progresses. The society is in great need of the students with a good grasp of mechatronical technologies, which drives our country to emphasize on such students’cultivation.This paper made an analysis of the development of mechatronical technologies and the teaching status of Mechatronical Engineering. On this base, it put forwards an opening experimental teaching system based on DSP.Firstly, according to the development of mechatronical technologies and the conditions on lacking for experimental teaching equipments, based on the successful experience of designing HJD series teaching experimental products, this paper brought forward the design way of this DSP opening experimental teaching system and designed the general structure.Secondly, this paper carried out a research on the control modules of the system. It described the design ideas and the methods in great detail on input module、output module、serial communication module、AC transducer module and step motor driver module etc.Thirdly, this paper studied the principle of communication between DSP and PC. Took the manufacture center’s selecting tool and exchanging tool experiment as an example, it explained carefully the principle and the method of serial communication, such as the definition of the communication、program of DSP and program of PC and so on. Additionally, it took several mechatronical experiments as examples to show the function of the system. It gave the primary information and the methods of designing the program.At last, it analyzed the disadvantages of this system and brought forward the direction of study in future.
