【摘要】 电子产业上市公司的诞生与发展，对我国电子产业的结构调整，促进产业化经营，提高电子产品质量和产业经营效益，提升我国电子产业国际竞争力，加快实现我国电子产业的高速发展都具有非常重要的意义。然而，近年来，我国电子产业上市公司整体经营绩效下滑、经营风险加大，并严重影响到电子产业上市公司市场竞争力和可持续发展能力。电子产业上市公司经营绩效集中反映电子产业上市公司发展状况，因此，客观评价电子产业上市公司经营绩效，深入分析我国转型经济背景下电子产业上市公司经营绩效变化的实质性因素，对于把握电子产业上市公司发展趋势，寻找改善电子产业上市公司经营绩效的合理方略，就具有极为重要的理论和现实意义，本文正是基于这一思考展开研究的。本研究的主要思路是，通过因子分析对电子产业上市公司经营绩效进行客观评价，将诸因子绩效得分及综合绩效得分作为评价结果，以财务分析、描述分析、对比分析、相关性分析等手段，对在我国转型经济条件下，影响电子产业上市公司经营绩效变化的一系列重要因素进行分析，研究主要分为以下几个部分：第一章主要提出研究电子产业上市公司经营绩效的背景和意义，明确本论文的研究目的、方法、内容和结构安排、创新等。第二章从绩效评价理论、产权理论、现代契约理论几方面，评述电子产业上市公司经营绩效研究的理论基础，对以往有关电子产业上市公司及其经营绩效文献进行回顾和综述。第三章基于第二章的理论基础，提出本文的研究框架，给出本文研究模型，并介绍本文重点运用的因子分析等研究方法。第四章本文的主体部分，对电子产业上市公司经营绩效进行综合评价。对电子产业上市公司经营绩效有关指标进行统计描述和分析，以财务数据为基础，对2004年和2006年电子产业上市公司经营绩效进行因子分析，并对2004年和2006年电子产业上市公司各公因子绩效及综合绩效进行对比分析，最后分析并总结电子产业上市公司经营绩效变化的原因。第五章总结本文的主要结论，根据前文分析给出适当的对策建议，并提出本文不足之处并对后续研究做进一步展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a representative in the advanced electronics industry production force in China, listed electronics industry companies are born and developed as the result of China’s development and merge of market-oriented electronics industry and capital market. The birth and development of the listed electronics industry companies is quite important to the electronics industry restructuring, industrialized management of electronics industry, improving electronics industry products quality and management, upgrading international competitiveness of electronics industry and quickening the electronics industry modernization in China. However, in recent years, a series of problems related to the transitional economic background and historical factors have led to the poorer operation performance, higher risks of the listed electronics industry companies, which has consequently affected the competitiveness and sustained development of the companies. The operation performance of the listed electronics industry companies can reflect their development. Therefore, the objective evaluation of the operation performance of the listed electronics industry companies and the deep analysis the substantive factors of the changes in the performance in the background of transitional economy in China are theoretically and practically vital to understand the development trend of the listed electronics industry companies and improving their operation performance. Based on these ideas, the paper conducts its study.The logic of the study is to objectively evaluate the operation performance and related determinants of the listed electronics industry companies through factor analysis, and score both the individual factors and the comprehensive performance. The study analyzes the substantive factors of the operation performance of the listed electronics industry companies in the background of transitional economy. The study is composed of the following sections:Chapter one: Introduces the background and significance of studying the operation performance of listed electronics industry companies, research purposes, methods, contents, layout and innovations and so on.Chapter two: It reviews the theories of operation performance of the listed electronics industry companies such as operation evaluation, property right and modern contract. It also reviews literatures of operation performance of the listed electronics industry companies.Chapter three: Based on the theory of the second chapter, given the structures of the study, introduces the research methodologies such as factor analysis and so on.Chapter four: The main part of this paper, it has a comprehensive evaluation of the operation performance of the listed electronics industry companies. It describes and analyzes the indexes of the operation performance of listed electronics industry companies on the basis of the financial data. It conducts a factor analysis and comparative study of the operation performance of the listed electronics industry companies in 2004 and 2006. It finally analyzes and concludes the reasons of changing operation performance of these companies.Chapter five: Summing up the main conclusions of this paper, It is also raised the deficiencies departments of the paper and forecast the follow-up study.更多还原
