水源水(滦河)各水质期预氧化技术研究

【摘要】 随着水源水质污染的日益严重和国家饮用水水质标准的提高,常规的饮用水处理工艺已经很难满足我国新的水质标准的要求,饮用水的水质问题已成为制约经济进一步发展和影响社会稳定的一个重要因素。因此,供水行业迫切需要先进、经济、高效的饮用水处理技术。本研究针对天津市水源季节性变化明显、污染指标突发性超标和高藻期水质富营养化特征指标较高的特点,开展中试试验研究工作。采用化学预氧化+气浮+过滤工艺,对不同预氧化剂的除污染效能进行研究比较,以提高对浊度和有机物的去除能力,在出水达标的前提下,选择出适于天津市水源水质的预氧化工艺技术,并应用到实际生产中。主要研究内容包括:低温低浊期不同预氧化工艺除污染效能研究,正常水质期预氧化工艺除污染效能研究,高温高藻期不同预氧化工艺除污染效能研究。本文针对不同水质期研究了高锰酸钾复合剂(PPC)、臭氧、高锰酸钾复合剂与氯联用、高锰酸钾复合剂与臭氧联用等预氧化工艺的除污染效果以及对后续气浮、过滤工艺处理效果的影响。在低温低浊期,各预氧化剂预氧化对浊度的强化去除效果相近,对有机物的强化去除效果以臭氧预氧化效果最好,PPC与氯联用次之,但是考虑到PPC与氯联用在经济方面相对臭氧较低且技术改造简便宜行,确定在此期间可采用以PPC(1.0mg/L)与氯(2.0mg/L)联用作为预氧化剂的混凝气浮过滤工艺。在正常水质期,原水水质相对较好,常规工艺可满足水质标准的要求,因此,试验仅对臭氧预氧化进行研究,来考查臭氧的预氧化效能,试验结果表明在正常水质期,预氧化剂的投加对浊度和有机物的去除有一定的强化作用。在高温高藻期,各预氧化剂预氧化对浊度的强化去除效果相近,但无论对有机物还是对藻类的强化去除效果均以PPC的预氧化效果为最优,且比较经济,因此,在此期间可采用以PPC(1.0mg/L)作为预氧化剂的混凝气浮过滤工艺。通过本研究,确定了不同水质期的最佳处理工艺方案,对强化水厂常规处理技术有着现实的指导意义。本研究成果可以推广应用于国内其他供水企业,具有一定的理论研究价值和实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 Nowadays,with the water body polluted seriously and the standard of drinking water qulity improved, the conventional treatment processes can’t meet the request of the new standard.The problem of table-water’s pollution have prevented the stabilization of society.Therefore,it is necessary to find improved、economic、highly efficacious treatment processes.The pilot experiment was done as the quality of Tianjin resource water varing greatly with seasons and often worsening abruptly.Chemical preoxidation and subsequent flotation processes was applied.Compare the removal effect of different chemical preoxidation with each other in order to improve the removal efficacy of turbidity and organic matters.According to analyzing preoxidation by different chemicals,choose the best technic method in the case of meeting the request of the standard and put the technic in practice.The content includes preoxidation by different chemicals in the period of low temperature and low turbidity, the efficacy of removaling pollution in ordinary period and preoxidation by different chemicals in the period of high amounts of algae.The preoxidation by four chemicals,such as PPC, ozone,PPC combined with ozone and PPC combined with chlorine,and its influence on the subsequent processes are analyzed in the study.(1)In the period of low temperature and low turbidity, the removal efficacy of turbidity was similar through the preoxidation by different chemicals,but the removal efficacy of organic matters wasn’t. Preoxidation’s effect by ozone is the best,PPC combined with chlorine take second place.Considering the economic factor and preoxidation by PPC combined with chlorine easy to implement,choose the PPC(1.0mg./L) combined with chlorine(2mg/l) as chemical preoxidant with subsequent coagulation flotation and filtration processes is the best in this period. (2)As to the water in ordinary period,the water quality is the best in years. The conventional treatment processes have met the request of the standard. Therefore,only preoxidation by ozone are researched to study preoxidation’s effect.The experiment show preoxidation still have effect on the removal efficacy of turbidity and organic matter.(3) As to water in Summer with high amounts of algae, the removal efficacy of turbidity was similar through the preoxidation by different chemicals.However, preoxidation by PPC is the best to the removal efficacy of algae and organic matters and it is cheaper .Thus,choose preoxidation by PPC(1.0mg/l) as chemical preoxidant with subsequent coagulation flotation and filtration processes is the best in this period.All in all, though the experiment,we have confire the best technic method in different periods ,which will be guidance to enhanced conventional treatment processes in water works.The production can be spreaded to other water supply enterprise,and have theoretical investigation value and practical application.
