【摘要】 县域经济是国民经济的基本组织单元,发展县域经济是解决我国农业、农民和农村问题的必然选择,是统筹城乡发展、全面建设小康社会和建设社会主义新农村的必由之路。企业是县域经济运行的微观基础,它的决策和生产经营活动不仅影响到县域经济结构和发展水平,还对县域经济中其它行为主体产生直接和间接的影响。龙头企业是县域经济运行微观基础中重要的行为主体,对带动县域经济发展具有十分重要的意义。本文以邛崃市(县级市)为例,在对其数次调研的基础上,运用区域经济学、发展经济学、产业经济学等相关理论,通过实证分析与规范分析、静态分析与动态分析、定性分析与定量分析,采用系统科学的方法对龙头企业在邛崃县域经济发展中地位及作用进行了实证研究,得出了研究结论,并提出了简要的政策建议。本文以区域经济增长理论为基本依据,通过定量分析,得出了龙头企业在提高县域收入、解决县域就业两方面贡献巨大的实证研究结论;通过定性分析,得出了龙头企业溢出效应、出口导向效应对于带动县域经济发展作用巨大的实证研究结论;通过定性分析和个案研究,得出了龙头企业促进县域基础设施改善可以带动县域经济发展的结论。邛崃是成都远郊县级市,在地理特征、资源禀赋等方面具有多样性的特点,选择对邛崃市进行实证研究,其成果更具有一定代表性和普适性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The county territory economy is the national economy basic organization unit, the development of county territory economy solves our country agriculture, the farmer and the countryside question inevitably choice, plans the city and countryside development, the comprehensive construction well-off society and the construction socialism new countryside way that must be taken.The enterprise is the county territory economy movement microscopic foundation, its decision-making and production management not only affects the region economic structure and the level of development, but also has direct and the indirect influence to the behavior agent. The leading enterprise is in the county territory economy movement microscopic foundation important behavior agent, to leads the county territory economy development to have the extremely vital significance. This article take the Qionglai city as an example, in uses investigation and study method in the and so on the discussion, interview, measurement analysis foundation, utilizes economic theory and so on region economy, development economic, industrial economics, uses the real diagnosis description method, the contrast research technique, the measurement analysis method and so on, the status and the function has conducted the real diagnosis research to the leading enterprise in the Qionglai county territory economy development, has drawn the research conclusion, and put forward the brief policy proposal.This article take the region economy growth theoretical model as the basis, through the quantitative analysis, obtained the leading enterprise in the county territory finance tax revenue, the solution county territory employment two aspects has contributed the huge real diagnosis research conclusion; Through the qualitative analysis, obtained the leading enterprise to overflow effectiveness, export guidance effectiveness regarding the impetus county territory economy development function huge real diagnosis research conclusion; Through the qualitative analysis and the document research, obtained the leading enterprise to promote the county territory infrastructure improvement impetus county territory economy development conclusion.The Qionglai is the Chengdu outer suburb county level city, in the geography, the landform, the resources reported bestows on and so on the aspect has the multiple characteristic, chooses conducts the real diagnosis research to the Qionglai city, its achievement has the certain representation and general.更多还原
