氟苯尼考残留对细菌耐药性的影响

【摘要】 为研究氟苯尼考残留对细菌耐药性的影响,本文采用含氟苯尼考的培养基模拟机体肠道内药物残留环境,进行了两部分试验:试验一是在体外诱导三种人体肠道细菌——大肠杆菌、产气夹膜梭菌、粪肠球菌分别对氟苯尼考产生不同水平的耐菌性,然后采用二倍稀释法检测这些耐药菌株对氯霉素、头孢曲松、氨苄西林、四环素、土霉素、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星等常规药物敏感性变化。结果显示,对于不同的细菌,氟苯尼考与上述不同种药物存在不同程度的交叉耐药性。试验二是在体外诱导动物源性大肠杆菌O78对氟苯尼考产生不同水平的耐药性,观察不同诱导时间和不同的药物浓度对耐药性性的影响。结果显示,对于同一诱导药物浓度,诱导时间越长,细菌耐药水平越高,但增长速度减慢,最后趋于一稳定水平。当诱导药物浓度为2μg/ml、64μg/ml、128μg/ml时,细菌耐药性增长速度慢,当诱导药物浓度为4μg/ml、8μg/ml、16μg/ml、32μg/ml时,细菌耐药性增长速度快。通过本试验结果,证实动物专用抗菌药物残留对人体存在一定影响,并影响人类临床用药。同时,还比较客观的观察了氟苯尼考耐药菌株的产生过程,比较了不同残留水平和残留时间对耐药性的产生的影响。这些结论,对于临床合理使用氟苯尼考,减少残留,延缓细菌耐药性增长速度,延长氟苯尼考临床使用寿命,具有一定参考价值。
【Abstract】 In order to study the Effect of Florfenicol Residue on Bacterial Resistance, the culture medium containing Florfenicol was used to simulate the intestinal environment residuing Florfenicol in this study , making two parts of trials.In the first part of trials, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis and Clostridium perfringens were cultivated in the culture medium containing different concentration Florfenicol, attaining different level Florfenicol resistance. Then, using the way of drug half-reduced,these strains resistancing Florfenicol were mensurated the sensitivity to 11 kinds of drugs,as followings: Chloramphenicol, Ceftriaxone, Ampicillin, Acheomycin, Terramycin, Gentamicin, Amikacin, Ofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin. The result showed, some kinds of drugs were resistanced by some kinds of bacterias, which resisranced Florfenicol,but with different level.In the secondly part of trials, Escherichia coli O78 collected from chicken was cultivated in the culture medium containing different concentration Florfenicol, attaining different level Florfenicol resistance .And then the effect of different cultivated time and of different cultivated drug concentration to those strains resistancing Florfenicol. The result showed, to the same drug concentration, the cultivated time more long , and the resistance level more high.But ,the increasing degree of resistance will decrease, nearing the same degree finally. When the cultivated drug concentration was 2μg/ml、64μg/ml、128μg/ml, the increasing degree of resistance was slower ,but ,when the cultivated drug concentration was 4μg/ml、8μg/ml、16μg/ml、32μg/ml, the increasing degree of resistance was faster.From the above result, the animal antibacterial drug was proved to affect man. and effect of different cultivated time and of different cultivated drug concentration to those strains resistancing Florfenicol were compared after observing the course of cultivating. These result were needed to use Florfenicol canonically, reducing residue and degree of resistance strains development, prolonging the time of Florfenicol used.
