多绳摩擦式矿井提升机动力卸载箕斗卸空检测与控制系统研究开发

【摘要】 多绳摩擦式提升机是煤矿生产中应用较多的一种提升设备,它的安全高效运行与煤炭生产的效率密切相关。本文在对生产中可能出现的提升机箕斗不完全卸载的危害分析和各种现有检测技术研究的基础上,研究开发了箕斗的动力卸载检测与控制系统。本文确定了箕斗卸载检测与控制系统的设计方案,实现了检测系统的软、硬件设计,并通过实验证实了检测系统的可靠性。根据提升机的工作特点、箕斗结构和工作现场实际,我们对多种料位传感器在箕斗卸空检测中应用的可靠性和可行性进行了比较充分的探讨和试验,重点分析了雷达测距原理在箕斗卸载检测中的应用。我们在实验室条件下对雷达检测系统进行测试。结果表明:用雷达检测法,能够真实准确地检测箕斗的卸载状态,具有测量精度高、抗干扰性能好、成本低、操作简便安全等特点。本文中设计的检测与控制系统主要是由上位机和下位机两部分组成。上位机采用PC机实现,下位机采用PLC来实现。利用VB 6.0作为软件的编程工具,实现箕斗卸载实时数据的采集、实时曲线和历史曲线的绘制,完成对箕斗卸载状态的检测。本系统以Windows为开发平台,以Visual Basic 6.0为开发工具,实现了整个系统的软件编程。使用面向对象的数据库编程技术,以Microsoft数据访问对象模型为基础,结合Microsoft Access数据库创建工具,创建了本系统的数据库。实验室调试运行表明,该检测控制系统具有可靠性高、操作简单、界面友好、人机交互性能好、自动化程度高等特点,具有很好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The multi-rope friction hoist is more familiar lift-equipment in the coal mining. It’s safety and high efficiency producing has close relation to mine production. In this paper, we developed the detective skip unloading and control system to the multi-rope mine hoist. According to the analysis of the harm of no finish unloading and the study of test-technology available now, we make sure the scheme to the detective and control system. Based on the experiment, we also determined some relative parameters and achieve the hardware and software designs. Based on the specialties of hoist working, structure of skip and the situation of work place, we approach and test some sensors for material surface detective .We also analysis their reliability and feasibility for application. We make the application of radar principle for distance to skip-unloading detective as emphases. This system is tested in laboratory. The skip unloading process data are captured using radar-detective method, which represent the skip unloading status. This system has many advantages. They are high accuracy of measurement, anti-jamming performance, low cost as well as easy and safe operation.This detective and control system is composed of the master computer and the slave computer. Industrial PC is used as master computer. It carries out the program in VB 6.0 to collect the real-time data from the skip-unloading process, draw the real-time and historical curves and to correct the control parameters to achieve the skip-unloading monitor. Windows is the development platform and Visual Basic 6.0 is the development tool to this test system we design.We make use of object-oriented programming technique based on DAO (Data Access Object) model and set up the repository of test system using Microsoft Access database.The system we design has some characters, such as friendly interface, easy operation, good intercommunion between human and computer and topping automatism. So the system will have wide scopes of application.
