【摘要】 21世纪的中国，面临一个大时代的考验，全球老龄化问题已日益突显，老龄化社会即将到来。特别是我国还处于发展中国家，迅猛的老龄化人口变革，给我国带来关系到千家万户的现实问题。国家、社会、个人如何应对老龄化社会的到来，如何为今天和将来的老年人提供优越的生活品质，如何为我国优质的人居环境建设作保障，是我们研究的重要课题。本文通过对太原老年公寓养老机构环境设施考察和对老年人的走访调查，分析发现了诸多问题。在分析世界各国老龄化社会对老年人、残疾人环境设施建设的历史发展方向与目标基础上，结合我国各地区老年人城市养老设施发展现状，提出老年无障碍设施在老年公寓环境设施建设中的重要意义。应该在具有符合老年人身体机能的前提下，与残疾人的残障设施、残障环境建设作比较，区分老年设施与残障设施的异同。对老年设施的分析，是建立在交叉学科发展的基础上，依靠科学技术，建立老年公寓环境设施系统，以适应老龄化社会老年居住环境的建设，特别是满足新型开发的老年住宅领域中老年公寓式住宅的要求。老年公寓住宅是集医疗康复、休闲娱乐等多种功能为一体，且反映时代气息的养老环境设施。本文将把信息设施、辅助设施与环境设施结合起来，以健全和规范老年公寓环境设施系统。在我国社会全面高速发展的今天，以人性化关怀的环境建设为目的，注重老年人生理、心理的个性化、社会化的发展，标志一个国家的文明、社会的进步、和谐发展的程度。明确今后我国老龄化社会发展以人的无障碍大环境建设为发展目标，加快我国新型智能化城市的开发建设，并为城市开发建设节约资源提供思路；为建立长寿型社会提供和谐公平的社会基础；为我国经济、社会的可持续发展提供保障；为实现优良人居环境的目标提供保障，是本文研究的重要所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is confronted with a test in the 21th century when ageing problems have arisen in the real-world life. With the coming of the ageing society, the change in age of the population brings actual problems to the families in China. How the individuals, states, and societies deal with these problems, how to provide lives of high quality for the elders in the present and the future, and how to create fine living environments for the people of our country are important research subjects. This paper discovers a number of issues by questionnaires and by investigating the environments and facilities in the homes for the aged. On the basis of analyzing the history of the construction of environments and facilities for the aged and the disabled persons in other countries and considering the current status of the facilities in the cities of our country, this paper presents the significance of the barrier free facilities in apartments for the aged, and makes a comparison with the barrier facilities and environments for disabled persons to identify the similarities and dissimilarities between the barrier facilities and the facilities for the aged. The analysis of facilities for the aged is based on the development of interdisciplinary research, and, depending on scientific technologies, we establish a system of the environments and facilities for the aged so as to meet the demand of constructing the environments for the aged, in particular to meet the demand of newly developed dwellings of apartment-for-the-aged type. This type of apartment is an environmental facilities keeping the aged which incorporate the medical treatment and amusements and reflect the ethos of the times, The introduction of such dwellings will improve the development of in formation facilities and auxiliary facilities. This paper will investigate how to combine the information and auxiliary facilities with the environmental facilities for the purpose of making the above mentioned system complete and normal. Furthermore, when our country is now developing rapidly, concern about the personal and social evolution of the physiology and psychology of the aged signifies the levels of the civilization, social progress, and harmonic development in a country. And all this is based on the purpose of constructing humanized environmental facilities. Once the purpose is attained, it will be evident that the construction of barrier free environments is the objective of the development of the ageing society in our country. Hence, this will accelerate the development and construction of new intelligent cities of our country, provide guidelines for saving resources, lay a harmonic and just foundation for constructing a long life society, offer the guarantee for the sustainable development of our economics and society and for the goal of creating living fine environments.更多还原
