天然气站场100×10~4m~3/d装置脱水工艺设计及分析

【摘要】 天然气是一种烃类混合气体,主要由低分子饱和烃为主的烃类气体与少量非烃类气体组成。作为井流物的天然气总是被水所饱和的,为了达到商品天然气的管输水露点要求,必须将天然气中的水分脱除到一定的程度。天然气脱水属于天然气处理内容之一,常用的脱水方法有低温分离脱水、溶剂吸收法脱水和固体吸附法脱水等,其中溶剂吸收法脱水中的三甘醇脱水工艺应用最为普遍。文章根据天然气站场的原料气条件和脱水要求,综合考虑工艺要求和经济影响,采用三甘醇溶剂吸收法脱水和汽提法再生工艺,借助于流程模拟软件HYSYS进行模拟计算,通过对三甘醇脱水工艺参数的选择和相关设备尺寸的估算,设计出了符合原料气脱水要求、产品气出站条件以及天然气脱水工艺规范的脱水工艺流程及装置。并通过对工艺方法和工艺参数的详细分析,验证了文章中天然气站场脱水工艺设计的合理性。
【Abstract】 Natural gas is a kind of mixer which is made of little nonhydrocarbon gas and hydrocarbon gas with much low molecular saturated hydrocarbon. The natural gas which as well-flow content is always saturated by water, we must remove the water to some degree for meeting the gas water dew point requirement. Dehydration is a part of treatment contents, the usual dehydration methods are low temperature separation method, solvent absorption method and solid adsorption method, etc, the TEG dehydration technology of solvent absorption method is applying widely. According to the material gas conditions and dehydration requirements of the natural gas station yard, the article adopts the TEG dehydration technology method and stripping regeneration by considering the technology requirements and economic effects, then it uses the software HYSYS simulate process calculation. Selecting the TEG dehydration technology parameters and estimating the equipments size, the article designs the dehydration process flow and equipments which accord with the dehydration requirements of material gas, the conditions of product gas and the criterions of dehydration designing. It analyses the technology methods and parameters detailedly to validate the rationality of the dehydration technology designing in the article.
