【摘要】 城市的发展伴随着诸多的现象，如：工业园、开发区的建立、卫星城的兴起、城市化的发展等，成都是西部的特大的城市之一，其城市的发展对于西部的发展有着举足轻重的作用。对于成都来说，加快卫星城市的建设是促进城乡一体化，缩小城乡差距，缓解中心城市的人口、环境、资源等诸多压力，实现产业链的深度整合，提高城市竞争力的重要措施。文章研究成都卫星城的发展与城市化之间的关系。论文首先介绍了卫星城市一些基本理论以及国内外的实践情况，总结了卫星城与城市化之间的关系。其次，介绍成都市卫星城发展的宏观背景、城市化的情况以及卫星城的基本情况；在探讨卫星城对城市化的推动作用主要从三方面来研究：卫星城分担中心城市的部分产业、功能、人口，实现了城市郊区化；卫星城的产业结构不断的调整，形成优势产业和产业群，自身的经济的不断发展，自身实现了城市化；最后，卫星城市不断发展，成为城市新的增长级，带动了其周边地区的发展，实现了郊区的城市化。因此，成都卫星城起着承接中心城的郊区化和郊区的城市化作用，而且是双向的，成都市卫星城是城市建设中的新的增长级，为成都市的城市化的道路提供了一种新的选择。本文也分析了卫星城市推动城市化的原因：工业化、第三产业的迅速发展，产业结构的调整等；最后分析了成都卫星城在发展中存在的问题以及发展的制约因素，如：卫星城的二元性特征明显、卫星城与中心城市相差悬殊、失地农民问题等，最后根据各个卫星城的比较优势作出了功能定位，从整体上提出了发展的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of cities go with the different phenomena, such as Economic Development area , satellite-city and urbanization.Chengdu is big city in the west, The development of chengdu hold the balance in the west. It is important to quicken the development of satellite-city, Because it can narrow the disparity between the urban and rural area, promote the integration of urban and rural area, alleviate the population and resources pressure of central district, realize the combination of industry chain and improve the urban competitiveness. The article investigate the relationship between the satellite-cities and urbanization process of Chengdu.At the begin, the article present basal theories and the international practice , The author conclude orderliness between the satellite-city and urbaninization. Then the article introduce macroscopic backdrop of the satellite-city development and the status of satellite-cities and urbanization. Three effects of the satellite-cities on urbanization process have been analyzed, the satellite-cities go shares part function and industry of central district to realize suburbanization, the satellite-cities adjust the indusial structure and spatial pattern to realize urbanization , At last the satellite-cities develop quickly, They drive the around towns to develop. Realizing suburbia urbaninization. The author think satellite-city have duplex function : suburbanization of the central district and urbanization of the suburbs. It is bidirectional. It is new choice of the urbanization. The mechanism of the impact of satellite-city on urbanization is industrialization and the third industry development and so on. Finally, with careful analysis on the problem in the development of satellite-cities, The article expound the question existing of satellite city : the disparity in urban and rural areas is great, the great difference between satellite-city and central district, the problem of the peasantry who lost glebe and so on.
