【摘要】 30年前，网络作为一种全新的媒介登上历史舞台，飞速的发展给人类社会生活带来了一幅全新的图景。不可避免地，网络传播的负面影响也在发展过程中逐渐显现。近年来的网络群体恶性事件高发状况令人堪忧，网络中的情感释放、压力宣泄都达到了一种超出正常甚至极端的程度。网络传播下的群体心理对社会民意表达和网络舆论的形成都发挥着不容忽视的影响。正是立足于此，体现出本论题的现实意义和学术价值。在网络秩序并未得到有效控制的情况下，所谓的“网络暴民”现象一直受到极大的关注，并在一定程度上影响着人们对网络新媒介的认识。在众多恶性事件的笼罩下，大众对网络这种新媒介的传播效果、社会价值和在舆论引导方面所呈现的作用产生了或多或少的怀疑。但是，笔者认为，把研究集中在“网络暴民”这个定义本身，意义不大。它所泛指的是一种群体的负面影响，它所折射出的有关网络群体心理的问题才是我们应该密切关注的对象。从目前的学术研究成果来看，网络作为第四媒体早已成为学术研究的热门对象，群体心理在社会心理学中也一直是一个重要的课题。但是，将传播学和心理学理论相结合，把网络传播这个特定环境下的群体心理作为研究对象，还是一个空缺。网络中的群体到底发挥着怎样的作用?它的力量应该怎样加以合理利用?这些都是还未被深入涉及的课题。笔者认为，对此论题的研究，将对网络传播的发展、网络舆论引导的控制，以及网络秩序的建立等起到积极的促进作用。本文以极具网络特征的“铜须门事件”为案例，从具体事件的现象和评论中，引出其成因中的一个重要因素，也是本文所重点研究的对象，即网络传播中的群体心理。在对该事件的具体分析中，笔者尝试以传统传播理论为基础，在网络传播的大背景下，从恶性影响和良性影响两个方面具体分析群体心理在网络时代所传递出来的心理特征，并从网络特征、社会现实、受众心理等三个方面来探究其具体成因。最后，在研究探讨中对此现象作出清醒的认识，并提出有关舆论引导的一些建议。希望群体心理的正面力量被充分利用，以成为推动网络传播发展的重要力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 About 30 years ago,network started its history as a brand-new media,its fast development brought our life a span-new prospect.It is quite difficult to turning away the negative effects in network communication’s development.In these years,the large quantity of malign events between network groups make people anxious and it shows that the emotion release and pressure catharsis in network are reaching a high degree even abnormal.With the situation that the network order is not under effective control,so-called "network mob" phenomena is noticed a lot and influences people’s recognization of new network media to a certain extent.Vestured in so many malign events,the mass bean to disbelieve the communication effect,social vaule and the function it plays in directing public opinions of this kind of new meida.However,the author thinks that it is with little significance to focus the research on the single word"network canaille".This word generally refers to the negative expression of groups and the network group’s psychology behind it should be the subject we are focusing on.Looking over the current academic fruits,network has become the essential study as the fourth media and its group psychology is also one of the important discussion in social psychology.But there is the vacancy in combining communication with psychology and mainly studying the group psychology in this specified surroundings.All of these questions are still necessary to research deeply:what function the groups have in network?how to use its power rationally?The author holds the idea that the study in above field will operate with certain fucntion for network development and consensus controlling even for resrticting network order.This thesis starts with the network features "Tongxu Gate Eevent",from the detailed phenomena it makes the conclusion that one of the important reasons of this event is essential in the course of study.In the idiographic analysis,the author tries to analyse the mental characteristic group psychology delivering based on traditional communication theory ,with the background of network communication and from malign and benign influence,meanwhile it explores the detailed causes from three aspects:network feature,social reality,receiver’s mentality.Finally it regains consciousness of this phenomena in the course of research and discussion, provides some suggestions about directing public opinions and wishes that the positive power of group mentality could be utilized efficiently so as to make this power important in boosting network communication.更多还原
