无线传感器网络软件设计及其在机械振动监测中的应用

【摘要】 无线传感器网络(WSN,Wireless Sensor Networks)中的路由是WSN研究和应用中的一个重要问题之一。根据机械振动监测应用的要求,设计并实现了一种主机驱动查询路由(HDQR,Host Driver Query Routing)。与现有绝大多数路由算法不同,HDQR协议支持移动汇聚节点。HDQR可以适用于机器人导航,移动设备等应用场合。在对传统WSN架构和机械振动监测特点融合的基础上,设计了MAC层、传输路由层、应用层协议。系统在GAINSZ节点(中科院宁波所研制)上成功调试运行。指定节点采集到的数据经过一跳或多跳路由后被传输到汇聚节点上,汇聚节点进而通过串口传送到PC机上。在PC机上对数据进行快速傅立叶变换(FFT),把运算结果实时反映到用户面前,以供进一步诊断。大型机械装备故障预诊是保障生产经营安全的必要手段,而在机械故障或多或少地会展现在机械振动上。因此,把WSN引入机械振动监测以实现对被监测设备的实时监控可以使工作人员及早发现被监测设备的故障。

【Abstract】 Routing is one of the most important on the research and applications based on WSN (Wireless Sensor Networks). With the request of application of detection of tremor of machinery, HDQR (Host Driver Query Routing), a new kind of routing protocol, is designed and realized. Different from most of other routing protocols, HDQR can be used in the situations of mobile sink nodes. HDQR is also fit the applications such as the navigation of robots, mobile devices. MAC ( Medium Access Control) layer, routing and transport layer, application layer are brought forward. All layers are realized and tested successfully based on GAINSZ nodes (developed by NICC, CAS, NingBo Institute of Computer Center, Chinese Academy of Science). The collected data from designated are transported to sink node after one or several relayed, and then passed to PC (Personal Computer) through UART. The conversion of FFT based on collected data passed to PC is made. The results of conversion are shown on UI(User Interface) in front of customer. The more accurate decisions on machinery’s vibrating surveillance are made by customer’s experience. The initial diagnose of modern machineries is necessary for the safe production of enterprises. The reasons of the malfunction of the machinery belong to machinery’s vibrating more or less. Therefore, machinery’s vibrating surveillance based on WSN results in more malfunctions of the machinery found as earlier as possible according to detected real-time data.
