【摘要】 本文先提出了研究课题的必要性，然后对国内外相关理论和实践经验进行研究和分析。在此基础上，对城市居住区的安全规划设计进行研究，寻求解决安全问题的规划设计措施。本文首先分析了影响城市居住区安全的室外空间环境规划设计，指出目前室外空间环境的安全规划设计中存在着诸如空间领域层次划分不明确、场所空间过于开敞、活动场所缺乏可识别性、活动场地少、缺乏邻里交往空间和视域不通透等主要问题，并对相关因素进行分析；接着分析了影响城市居住区安全的住宅建筑设计，指出目前住宅建筑安全规划设计中存在的诸如住宅建筑缺乏可识别性、住宅建筑群体空间布局不利于居民邻里交往、门、窗、阳台、雨蓬和空调主机等利于罪犯攀援入户、屋顶连通通道利于罪犯逃脱和串户和楼梯间空间不能形成自然监视等主要问题。针对居住区安全规划设计中的这些问题，结合具体实例分析，提出了具体的解决措施诸如营造古代四合院式院落空间、明确划分多层次领域空间、营造宜人的交往场所、营造利于安全监视的道路空间和街坊式围合空间，同时进行了城市居住区的安全规划设计。本课题提出的措施，对今后的城市居住区安全建设工作有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this passage the author firstly talks about the necessity of research subject and then studies and analyzes the relative theories and practical experience both in China and abroad. On the basis of the things above, doing some researches on the safety programming and designing of the urban residential location to find the programming and designing methods which can solve the safety problem. In this passage, the author firstly analyzes the outer spatial environment programming and designing and points out that nowadays the main problems that exists in the outer spatial environment programming and designing are the uncertain hierarchical division of the space field, the over opening of the place space, the lack of identifiability of the activity place, the lack of the activity place, the lack of the communication space for neighbors and the obstruction of the vision field and so on. The author also analyzes the relative factors. Then analyzing the designing of the domicile buildings which can affect the safety of the urban residential location and pointing out that the main problems that exists in the designing of the domicile buildings are the lack of identifiability of the domicile buildings, the unreasonable spatial layout of the domicile buildings which are not good to the communication of the neighbors, the improper position of the doors, windows, balconies, canopies and air conditioners which makes it easy for the criminals to climb into the house, the connecter catwalk which makes it easy for the criminals to escape and the improper stair space which can’t form the natural monitoring.In order to solve the problems above, the author gives the concrete solving plans such as: building the courtyard space in the form of the ancient courtyard house, devising the hierarchical field space certainly, building the place which is good for people’s communication, building the road space and the block model closed space. At the same time, the author also does the safety programming and designing of the urban residential location. The solving plans in this passage have some reference value to the future building work of the urban residential location.更多还原
