数控宽带功率信号源的研究

【摘要】 本课题针对国内外高频荧光灯测试电源的发展现状,在参考荧光灯测试电源的技术要求和国家标准的基础上,开发研制出了本文所叙述的数控宽带功率信号源系统。本文研制的功率信号源最大输出功率在300W,最大电压可达到500V,最大理想输出频率可达到六、七百KHZ,500KHZ以内的谐波失真在2%以下,远远超出国家标准对检测电路中的功率信号源的技术要求。先进的直接数字频率合成(DDS)芯片AD9832作为本文系统的正弦频率源。滤波电路采用了多级低通与高通串联的方式滤除DDS杂散噪音,以提高正弦频率信号质量。电压控制是本文恒压源系统控制的难点。12位DA芯片控制输出电压,为实现电压源特性,闭环控制环节采用了电压和电流双闭环PID控制的思想,分别由单片机和模拟电路实现。本文所作的大部分工作就是为了保证在宽频带下实现功率信号源的电压源的特性。为了保证在宽频带下输出电压的线性,系统在大功率模拟电路器件的选择与实验上花费了大量的时间和精力。系统的大部分电路全部为模拟电路,而且系统工作时处于高频大电流产生的强电磁干扰中。所以防止电磁干扰也是系统需要做的工作。弱电部分、功率部分以及输出的电气隔离以及大功率环节的阻抗匹配都是本文系统要做的工作。由于本文系统应用于企业产品制造,所以硬件电路的每个环节在兼顾系统性能指标的情况下,合理降低产品成本,压缩硬件电路环节,避免没必要的成本浪费也是必须考虑的问题。

【Abstract】 Aimed at the developing status of the testing power to the high-efficient fluorescent lamps both domestically and abroad, and based on the technical requirements to the testing power of fluorescent lamps, this thesis explores the system of numeral-control broad-band power signal source explores the system of numeral-control broad-band power signal source. The power signal source studied in this thesis with its maximum output power 300w, maximum voltage 500v, maximum ideal frequency 600 or 700 KHZ, and the harmonic distortion below 2%, is far close to the requirements of the international standards to the high-frequent power source in the testing circuit. The advanced DDS CMOS chip is used as the sine frequency source. Filtering circuit adopts the way that high pass and low pass are in series. The quality of the frequency signal directly determines the quality of the output-frequency signal. 12-bit DA CMOS chip output the voltage. The system in this thesis is considered as the source of voltage only from the perspective of voltage. The system costs a lot in the choice and experience to the simulated circuit equipments, in order to guarantee the linearity of the output voltage.The link of closed loop adopts the idea that the current and voltage are both in closed loop. Most of the circuits in this thesis are simulated. Furthermore, the working system is disturbed by the strong electromagnet ism produced by the high-frequent current. Therefore, it is also necessary for the system to avoid the disturbing of the electromagnetism. The light current part, power part, and output electric insulation are all of great importance.The system in this thesis is applied in the business production-making; therefore, it should also be taken account that every link of the hardware circuit, with giving attention to the capability index of the system, reasonably reduces the production cost, compresses the hardware circuit link, and avoids the dispensable cost waste.
