基于ARM的嵌入式PLC的研究

【摘要】 传统PLC是一种实时性很强的控制器,在工业控制领域占据了举足轻重的地位。由于目前控制内容的复杂化和高难度化,传统PLC已经不能满足智能化、人性化的要求。实时嵌入式操作系统具有提高系统可靠性、提高开发效率、缩短开发周期的显著优势,因此借助嵌入式实时系统开发PLC已成为当前PLC开发的一种主流模式之一。随着信息技术的快速发展,嵌入式凭借其自身的特点,已经应用于控制领域、消费电子等行业。嵌入式的系统技术的研究已经成为当前的一个热点。本文针对目前对工业控制器个性化、智能化的发展需求,面向工业控制领域构建了一种基于ARM和μC/OS-Ⅱ的嵌入式PLC的研究平台。通过对ARM内核处理器的分析,设计一种以飞利浦公司LPC2294芯片为核心的系统硬件平台。本硬件系统主要包括输入模块、输出模块、存储器扩展模块和网络通信模块等。在软件开发方面,本文深入分析了嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ内核的工作原理及任务控制块基本结构,并将其移植到ARM微控制器LPC2294中。为了增强系统的网络通信能力,本文在硬件上增加了以太网接口电路,并对嵌入式TCP/IP协议进行了移植,可以方便的对系统进行远程监控。最后,通过相应的多任务的调度试验和网络通信试验对软件进行测试。通过测试,基于多任务实时嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ和ARM的系统具有良好的稳定性和实时性。
【Abstract】 Traditional PLC is one very Real-time controller, which plays an important role in the industry control field. As a result of the more complicate and complex control, traditional PLC already could not satisfy the request of the intelligent and humanity. Embedded Real-Time system has the advantages of enhancing the reliability of system, improving the developmental efficiency and reducing the development cycle. It is the main mode to develop PLC in virtue of Embedded Real-Time system.With the fast development of information technology, embedded system has already applied to the control field, consumer and other fields. It becomes important to research the technology of the embedded system. In view of the individual and intelligent request in industry controller, a kind of research platform based on ARM andμC/OS-II is exploited facing to the industrial control field. The hardware flat of the embedded PLC, which is centered on the LPC2294 produced by Philips, is designed after the analysis on the ARM7 kernel. It is including import block, export block, patulous memorizer block and communication network block in the system. Embedded Real-Time Operation systemμC/OS-II and its working principle is analyzed deeply. And thenμC/OS-II system is transplanted on the ARM microcontroller successfully. To enhance the ability of communication network, Ethernet block is added in the system, and embedded TCP/IP protocol is transplanted. It is convenient to monitor the system in long distance. At last, the transplanted codes are tested by the experimentation of schedulers of tasks.After test, the system based on Embedded Real-Time Operation SystemμC/OS-II and ARM can satisfy the request of the stabilization and Real-Time in the industrial control field.
