【摘要】 随着经济全球化的发展，企业之间的竞争日趋激烈，作为“第三利润源泉”的企业物流在企业经营活动中的地位也越来越重要。尤其对于连锁经营企业来说，物流管理是其经营的基础和重要保证。我国物流业起步较晚，管理方法相对落后，信息化水平低，对物流信息系统的研究和应用也刚刚开始，这对我国连锁企业的发展造成了巨大的障碍，严重制约了连锁经营规模效益的发挥，已成为连锁业发展的“瓶颈”。因此，如何利用现代信息技术构建连锁企业物流信息系统，降低物流成本，提高物流决策水平，成为连锁企业亟待解决的问题。本文采用理论联系实际的研究方法，从物流概念谈起，论述了现代物流信息系统的发展方向和构建技术等，并结合国内外对物流信息系统的研究现状，针对连锁企业的特点，提出了连锁企业物流信息系统的解决方案。本文重点论述了连锁企业物流信息系统的网络构建和软件设计以及在此基础上的某图书公司的物流信息系统的设计、开发过程和实现技术，并利用动态规划法解决配送路线优化问题。最后，本文构建了企业物流信息系统的评价指标体系，运用层次分析法确定了指标的相对权重，建立了用于企业物流信息系统评价的一般模型，并对某图书公司的物流信息系统进行了评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the interating world economy ,the competition of enterprises is more drastic.Logistics is regarded as "the Third Source of Profits" of enterprises and is playing a more important role in the business.Especially for the chain business enterprise,logistics is the basic content of chain business administration,and it is the foundation and important assurance of chain bussiness.The logistics is still in the early stage in our country,the logistic method falls behind oppositely,the level of informatization is low,and a few study and applications of Logistics Information System(LIS) have been reported. All of thoes bring huge obstacle to the development of the chain business enterprise of our country and become the "bottleneck" of the chain business development.So how to utilize the modern information technologies to build up the Chain enterprises’ LIS in order to reduce the cost of logistics ,to improve the decision level of logistics ,becomes the most important problem for the chain enterprise to settle.This paper uses the method of the theory intergrates with practice,begins with the introduction of the concept of logistics,and then analyzes the developing trend of the modern LIS and its constructing techniques. In view of the recent development of LIS at home and abroad,in connection with the characteristic of the chain business,the paper suggests a solution to LIS of Chain enterprise. The emphasis is the construction of the network and the design of the software, as well as the process of the system design and development and the realization techniques of a Logistics Information System of a Bookstore Corporation,solving the problem on route optimzation of distribution with the algorithm of trends programming.Finally,this paper builts the evaluation index system of enterprises’ LIS,determines relative weights of indecators with AHP,sets up a general model to evaluate enterprises’ LIS,and evaluats the Logistics Information System of the Bookstore Corporation.更多还原
