基于UNIX系统的煤质管理信息系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 煤质检测实验室煤质数据多,管理难度大,目前大多煤质实验室仍采用纸品记录化验数据,统计人员汇总计算等传统手段,已难以满足现代生产管理的要求,因此建立完善的煤质管理信息系统势在必行。建立以煤质检测实验室为背景的煤质管理信息系统具有较强的代表性,可为煤炭企业煤质管理信息化建设提供技术支持,其研究开发成果具有重要的应用价值和广阔的市场前景。本论文以新疆煤田地质局综合实验室为背景,详细阐述了实验室的主要职能、组织机构以及各部门之间的信息传递情况,着重分析了煤质检测流程和数据流程,理清了煤质实验室日常运作的脉络。对系统开发进行需求分析,确定采用以B/S网络架构,以结构化开发模式与原型法开发模式相结合的开发机制;以UNIX系统为服务器运行环境,选用ORACLE数据库,FORM BUILDER、PHP、PRO~*C等开发工具和语言。依据实验室要求和系统开发的逻辑需求,对煤质管理系统进行模块化划分,详细介绍了各模块的功能,分析了各模块的开发流程。建立了完善的煤质数据库体系,实现了煤质检测数据处理自动化和网络化。详细介绍了系统数据库设计,系统安全设计,代码实现的整个过程。应用实践证明,采用UNIX服务器操作系统、B/S网络架构,系统运行稳定,安全性高,处理速度快,适合煤质数掘的大批量处理;采用结构化开发模式与原型法开发模式相结合的开发机制,开发效率高,周期短,减小了开发费用;采用FORM BUILDER、PHP、PRO~*C等开发工具和语言相结合,各自发挥其长处,使其达到最优化的效果;采用多层安全措施,有效的保证了系统的安全性。

【Abstract】 In coal analysis laboratory, the coal quality data is many and the management is very difficult, so the traditional methods still adopted at present which using the paper recording test data and compiling the computation by man-power can’t satisfy the modern production management requirement. So it is imperative to establish a perfect management information system. Establishing a coal quality management information system based on coal analysis laboratory is very representative, it can provide technical support for coal quality management information system of coal enterprises. So the study has important application value and widespread market prospect.This paper elaborated the main functions, organizations and the information transmission among different departments, analyzed the testing flow and the data flow emphatically by taking Xinjiang coal field geology bureau comprehensive laboratory as an example. Through the analysis of the system development, the B/S network construction and the methods of SSA&D united Prototyping pattern was confirmed. Also UNIX system was taken as operating system, database system ORACLE, FORM BUIDER、PHP、PRO~*C were taken also. According to the laboratory requirement and system development logical demand, the modules dividing to the system was done in this paper, and introduced the various modules function, analyzed the modules development flow. Finally, established a coal quality database system, realized the coal analysis processing automation and the network. In addition, the entire process of system database design, system security and code realization were also introduced in this paper.The practice proved that the system with the UNIX operation and B/S construction had many advantages such as fast running rate, high security and also could satisfy the mass data processing requirement; the pattern of SSA&D combined with prototyping method could reduce the development cost and time. using the combination of FORM BUILDER、PHP、PRO~*C could display their strongpoint, and realize their optimization effect. Also the system security could be guaranteed efficiently by using multi-layered security measure.
