【摘要】 本文以兰州东乡族流动人口为研究对象,依靠翔实充分的田野调查资料,并充分借鉴学术界关于流动人口的一系列研究成果,综合运用民族学、社会学、都市人类学以及人口学等学科的研究方法,对兰州市东乡族流动人口的基本情况以及其社会效应进行研究,指出他们给社会经济发展带来正面和负面两个方面的效应,并深入的剖析了具体的原因,并对负面效应给出了自己的看法,对流动人口的管理问题给出了解决的思路与对策。本文共有六章内容,第一章绪论部分介绍了选题的缘由及意义,并对国内外学术界关于此课题相关的研究成果进行了简单的介绍。第二章里本人通过深入的田野调查对兰州市东乡族流动人口的基本情况进行了归纳总结,分析了他们来到兰州流动的具体原因,并对兰州市东乡族流动人口的受教育状况、就业与经济生活、居住方式、宗教生活、家庭生活进行了具体的描叙。第三章内容主要是结合东乡族流动人口的具体情况归纳总结了兰州市东乡族人口流动对城市发展以及流动人口自身的正面效应,包括他们所带给城市的一般效应、政治效应、文化效应以及环境效应。第四章着重探讨了兰州市东乡族流动人口给城市带来的负面效应,包括兰州市东乡族流动人口的居住方式影响了兰州市的市容市貌,其经济生活与就业方式带给兰州市城市环境卫生和城市交通的负面效应,他们的多生、超生给城市计划生育工作带来的困难,部分人的违法犯罪给社会稳定带来的负面效应,并从矛盾相互转化的角度指出了这些负面效应对制度创新的影响作用。第五章简单地讨论了兰州市东乡族流动人口社会效应与城市民族关系问题。第六章紧接着从流动人口管理的角度对本文进行总结,指出做好流动人口的管理是持续流动人口的正面效应、减少负面效应、构建和谐民族关系的治本之策。总之,东乡族人口流动的正面效应是主要方面,我们要对他们持积极肯定的态度;负面效应是次要的,也是不可避免的。因此,我们要因势利导、趋利避害,积极引导他们适应城市社会,充分发挥他们对社会经济发展的作用,为家乡的发展为城市的繁荣做出自己的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes floating population of Dongxiang Nationality as the research object. Depending on the full and accurate field investigation material, modeling the academic series of research results about floating population fully and using of the research techniques of ethnology, sociology, urban anthropology as well as demography to conducts the research on the floating population in Lanzhou and its social effect, pointing out the positive and negative effect they bring to the society and analyzing the concrete reasons profoundly. This paper also shows some views on the negative effect as well as shows the thoughts and measures to solve the management problem.This article altogether has six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction about the reason and significance of the selected topic. And it also introduces the related research achievements in both China and foreign countries. The second chapter concludes the basic situation of floating population of Dongxiang Nationality in Lanzhou firstly by field investigation. And then it analyze the specific reasons why they come here, and access to their education,employment situation and economic life,living, religious life, family life for a specific description of the floating population of Dongxiang Nationality. The third chapter introduces positive effect of the floating population of Dongxiang Nationality on the development of the city and themselves, including the general effect, political effect, cultural effect as well as environment effect. The fourth chapter emphatically discusses the negative effect on the city of the floating population of Dongxiang Nationality, including the influence to the city’s appearance which their housing way brings to,their economic life and employment style give birth to the problem of the city’s environment and traffic jam, the excess birth cause some difficulty to the city birth control work, the partial person’s illegal crime led to the negative effect of social stability .And it pointes out the influence of these negative effects on creating new system from the angle that the contradictory mutually transformed. The fifth chapter simply discusses the relations between the floating population of Dongxiang Nationality in Dongxiang and its social effect in the city. The sixth chapter concludes the whole paper with the management of the floating population of Dongxiang Nationality in city to point out that the management of the floating population of Dongxiang Nationality in city is a permanent method of continuing the floating population the positive effect, reducing negative effect and constructing harmonious ethnic relation.In brief, the positive effect of the floating population of Dongxiang Nationality is the principal aspect. We must hold the positive manner to them firmly. Since the negative effect is secondary, we must adroitly guide their action according to circumstances, seek victory minimize losses, guides them to adapt the city society positively, displays the function they play on the society’s development fully, and make contribution to prosperity of the city and the development of their hometown.更多还原
