【摘要】 集体主义价值观,是一种注重社会的、长远的、集体的利益,并为社会每个个体利益的实现创造有利的条件,最终有助于个体利益充分实现和每个个体的全面自由发展的科学价值观。在我国社会主义现代化建设的进程中,当代大学生集体主义价值观的弘扬和培育,对于坚持马克思主义指导地位、发展社会主义意识形态、强化主流价值,对于用马克思主义占领教育阵地,培养社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人,对于建设社会主义先进文化,增强我国文化竞争力和国际影响力都具有重大而深远的意义。因此,如何正确认识和把握大学生集体主义价值观教育,探索当代大学生集体主义价值观教育的有效途径和对策,是新世纪思想政治教育迫切需要研究和解答的问题。本文以马克思主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论以及“三个代表”重要思想为指导,以加强大学生集体主义价值观教育工作为出发点,综合运用思想政治教育学的有关理论以及哲学、社会学、伦理学、心理学、历史学等人文社会科学的相关知识,对这一问题作了深入的探讨。本文首先对价值观的基本涵义和基本问题进行了探讨,分析了“真实的集体”和“虚幻的集体”的本质区别,以及集体主义的基本涵义和由来,并在此基础上分析了集体主义价值观的基本内涵和基本特征。接着,从大学生对个人与集体关系的认识、对个人与他人关系的认识、对义与利关系的认识这三个方面分析当代大学生集体主义价值观的现状,并从社会的客观存在和当代大学生自身的特点分析集体主义价值观现状的客观和主观原因。然后,从社会主义和谐社会建设、核心价值体系构建、高校的社会作用和大学生自身状况这四个方面探讨加强当代学生集体主义价值观教育的意义,并在此基础上对当代大学生集体主义价值观教育的基本原则、基本内容、途径与方法等多方面进行了全方位、多层次、多维度的研究,提出了加强集体主义观教育的对策思考,这也是全文的重点和核心所在。笔者认为,当代大学生集体主义价值观教育应当以树立中国特色社会主义共同理想作为目标,以建立个人与集体的和谐关系作为核心,以培育集体主义功利原则与奉献精神作为动力,以社会主义荣辱观作为道德准则。体验是大学生集体主义价值观内化的有效途径,可以通过理论灌输,让大学生在学习中形成体验;通过校园文化建设,让大学生在共鸣中增强体验;通过实践教育,让学生在锻炼中提高体验;通过弘扬和宣传先进榜样,让大学生在榜样感召中获取体验;通过引导和管理大学生非正式组织,让大学生在参与中提升体验。制度是大学生集体主义价值观形成的根本保障,应当建立健全大学生集体主义价值观教育的工作联动制度、参与制度和评价制度。环境是大学生集体主义价值观弘扬的外部条件,可以通过正确的社会舆论导向,营造良好的舆论环境;通过社会主义核心价值体系建设,营造良好的社会文化氛围;通过社会主义道德建设,树立良好的社会风气。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collectivism values is a scientific value which not only focuses on social, long-term and collective interests, but also creates favorable conditions for the realization of every individual interests in society, ultimately contribute to the full realization of every individual interests and the overall and free development of the people. In the course of socialist construction in our country, the development and promotion of modern college students collective values is favorable to not only upholding the guide place of Marxism, developing socialist ideology, strengthening dominant values, and training qualified builders and dependable successors for socialism by Marxist education, but also building a socialist advanced culture, increasing our cultural competitiveness and international influence. So, how to cognize and grasp the students’collectivism values education and explore the approaches and strategies to the students’collectivism values education is a problem needed researching and solving in the aspect of political and ideological education in the new century. Holding up as the guide Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents, this thesis applies relevant theories of political and ideological education, and also applies relevant theories of philosophy, sociology, morality and psychology, in order to discuss the problem of deeply probes into the issue of the students’collectivism values education adequately.Firstly, this thesis discusses the basic meaning and issue of value, analyses the essential difference between real collective and unreal collective, and analyses the basic meaning and origin of collective and the basic meaning and feature of collectivism values. Then, it analyses the situation of modern college students’collectivism values and subjective and objective causes based on social objective conditions and students’new feature. Next, it expounds the importance of modern college students’collectivism values education, and poses collectivism values education strategies from the aspects of basic principles, content, approaches of actualization and mode in all-dimensional, multitiered and wide-ranging ways. It thinks that the values education should take making a point of fostering Chinese socialism common ideal as aim, developing the harmonious relation between individual and collective as core, fostering collectivism utility principle and a spirit of sacrifice and dedication as power, and socialist concept of honor and disgrace as moral standard. The effective ways of students’collectivism values education is experience. We should guide college students to form experience from their study by theory inculcation, to enhance experience by school cultural work, to increase experience by practice education, to gain experience by reviving and propagating advanced example, and to promote experience by leading and managing college students’loose organization. The basic guarantee of students’collectivism values education is system. We should establish and improve work relative system, join system and assessment system. The external condition of students’collectivism values education is circumstances. We should create a favorable environment of public opinion by correct direction of public opinion, establish good social cultural environment by building socialism core values, and foster good social conduct by constructing socialist ethic.更多还原
