宣钢系统节能分析及对策的研究

【摘要】 运用系统节能的思想和理论,对宣钢实际生产中的能耗和物流的分析,提出了降低宣钢工序能耗的各种措施及工序节能效果。根据宣钢实际生产流程物流图做出了基准物流图,通过基准物流图与实际物流图的对比计算和分析,得出物流的不合理分配是造成宣钢吨钢能耗较高的主要原因,并提出要想降低企业能耗,必须重视对宣钢现有物流的合理调整,尤其是对炼铁工序钢比系数的调整,即降低铁钢比,才能根本改变宣钢吨钢能耗较高的现状。通过计算宣钢生产流程的各种辅助物流对吨钢能耗的影响,得到了生产流程中各种辅助物流对输出主流和能耗的影响程度及规律:对吨钢能耗影响最大的三股辅助物流为外购废钢物流,烧结返矿物流和外卖铸铁物流;各种辅助物流对能耗的影响次序是,外销物流最大,外加物流次之,输出返回物流最小;而在同一辅助物流对不同工序的影响中,炼铁工序所受影响最大,能耗值的变化最为显著。分析并计算了宣钢辅助物流在现有条件下的最大节能潜力。根据系统节能的能耗解析与预测模型,对宣钢2002年吨钢能耗进行预测;通过与2000年的对比分析,得出在宣钢的实际生产节能工作中,炼铁工序的节能应该成为诸工序的重点,放在首要位置,而炼铁工序的节能则是以围绕降低铁钢比的措施为主,辅以其他降低工序能耗的节能措施。根据宣钢大量现场数据及生产实际情况,编制了一套分析及计算软件,对实际生产中的能源管理工作有较好的辅助作用,可以有效地提高工作效率。
【Abstract】 This paper put forward many measures that could reduce the process energy consumption of XuanGang, worked out the standard materials flows diagram of production flow of XuanGang by using the idea and theory of system energy-saving to analyze the energy consumption and flows of practical production. By the calculations and analyses on the difference between the standard materials flows diagram and the practical materials flows diagram, the main reason of high energy consumption per ton of steel and the influence of auxiliary flows on output main flows and energy consumption was found out to be the unreasonable materials flows. And the very important measure to change this situation radically was to reduce the ratio of iron to steel. Through the calculation of the influence of auxiliary flows on output main flows and energy consumption, the rules and the degree of influence were found out. And the maximum potential of energy saving under the existing conditions was figured out. According to the model of the resolution and forecast of energy consumption, energy consumption per ton of steel of 2002 was forecasted; and by the contrasts and analyses on the differences of energy consumption per ton of steel between 2002 and 2000,the fact that the iron making process must be the keystone of all and should be put in the first place was made sure. According to the data of the scene of XuanGang and the situation of practical production, a set of software that could analyze and calculate was compiled. This software could be a good assistant to the management of the sources of energy in XuanGang practical production and could improve the working efficiency clearly.
