点对多点式无线医疗刺激器系统的研制

【摘要】 电刺激是指将特定频率和形状的电流或电压施加于生物体兴奋组织后,使其产生各种生理性反应,从而达到人体功能恢复与重建的目的。由于适度控制电刺激的强度,即使重复多次也不会造成组织损坏。因此,电刺激已广泛地应用于医疗和生理学的研究中。针对传统电刺激医疗器可移动性差、只能对病人点对点治疗、不利于医护人员监控管理的缺陷,本文在对比研究了各种短距离无线通信技术后,提出了采用低功率短距离无线通信技术,使用数字信号单片射频收发芯片,加上微控制器和少量外围器件构成专用无线通信模块的技术方案,同时利用射频收发芯片具有多个不同频率收发信道的特点,搭建了一个上位机集中监控管理多个节点的点对多点式无线刺激器系统。本文选用低功耗射频收发一体芯片NRF2401、主控制器硬件芯片SST89V554RC和刺激器硬件芯片C8051F330,完成了无线通信及主控端和刺激端的硬件设计。系统主要由数据无线传输、主控模块、刺激模块和计算机监控几部分组成。本文分别论述了系统射频电路、主控模块控制电路、刺激模块电路、电脉冲产生电路的具体设计,并对系统的抗干扰性进行了研究设计。在软件开发中,设计了上位机监控程序,对多个治疗对象进行不同方案的治疗、监控和管理,并纪录其治疗历史。最后对系统进行了初步调试。实践表明,系统具有成本低、体积小、移动方便、可以同时进行多点治疗、监控方便等优点。

【Abstract】 The electrical stimulation refers to various physiological reactions produced by electric current or voltage of a given frequency when put on the exciting tissues of the organism. Because of the moderate control over the intensity of the electric stimulation, the tissue won’t be damaged even if being repeatedly stimulated. Therefore, the electrical stimulation has been widely applied to medical and physiological research.In view of the disadvantages of poor movability and point-to-point treatment of traditional medical instrument of electricity stimulation, the author brought forward a scheme of employing low power and short distance wireless communication technol- ogy to design a system which is composed of RF transceiver , microcontroller and a few related chips. Meanwhile, Making use of the trait of RF transceiver having 125 RF channels, the author designed many stimulating modules which can work simul- taneously.The hardware of this system is completed with the RF transceiver chip NRF2401, micro-controller SST89V554RC and C8051F330. The system is composed of data wireless transmission, host module, stimulate module and PC controlling module. The thesis expounded in detail the circuit design of RF model, host monitor model, stimulate model, etc. In the software development, the thesis designed a PC monitoring program which could treat many patients with different electrical stimulation, monitor the process and record the treatment history. Finally, the author carries on the preliminary debugging to the system.It is indicated by practice that the system is characterized by low cost, small shape, easy to move, multipoint treatment and convenient monitoring.
