【摘要】 中东是当今世界上主要热点地区,位于中东的伊朗是中东地区的一个大国。长期以来,伊朗处于一种非常特殊的地缘政治关系中。它不仅有十分敏感的战略地位,而且还有十分丰富的石油资源。伊朗还是世界各国原教旨主义组织的大本营,恐怖主义和核问题又使伊朗成为全球关注的焦点。所以,它的发展变化,无论从政治、经济、军事、还是宗教、文化等角度都会对中东地区产生重大影响。我国是世界能源消费大国,从中东进口的石油和贸易合作越来越多,随着社会的发展,中国在中东的利益日渐突出。现在,伊朗核危机日益严重,在这样一种环境下,我国的石油安全是否会受到影响,以及我国在伊朗和中东的利益是否会受到损害,本文都做了详细地阐述,从而为我国的石油安全提供一些参考建议。本文针对伊朗核问题提出了我国应采取的战略:发挥我国的大国作用,促使伊朗核问题和平解决;加强同其他国的合作,遏制伊朗发生军事冲突;立足国内石油资源,争取实现最大程度自给;加快建立多元化的石油供应体系;建立自己完善的石油期货市场;加快我国战略石油储备的实施;发展替代能源和优化能源结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Midd le East is the ma in hot spot area in the world, and Iran, which islocated in Midd le East, is an important nation. Iran is in a kind of extremely specia lgeopolitics relationship for a long time. It not only has the extremely sensitivestrategic location but also has the extremely rich oil resource. Iran is supremeheadquarters of Isla mic Fundamentalism organiza tion, the terrorism and nuclearquestion cause Iran to become the globa l focal point. Therefore, its developmentcauses significa nt influence to the Mildest from politics, economy, military,religion and culture. Our country is a great nation of energy expends in the world,the trade cooperation of petroleum imports which from the Midd le East isbecoming bigger. The benefit of China in Midd le East highlights day after day. TheIranian nuclear crisis is serious day by day, under this situation, that whether ourcountry petroleum is safe or whether our country’s benefit in Iranian and Midd leEast Suffers is an impotent Topic. This article proposes that the Iranian nuclearquestion and our country should adopt strategy; our country displa ys the functionof great nation, urges the Iranian nuclear question peace solution; strengthenscooperation with other countries, contains Iranian military conflict; bases thedomestic oil resource, strives for the petroleum self-sufficient; speeds up theestablishment of petroleum supply system; establishes petroleum futures market ;speeds up our country strategy petroleum reserve; develop substitution energy andoptimize energy structure.更多还原
