【摘要】 随着世界经济一体化进程的推进,石油工业全球化经营已是一个非常明显的趋势。而目前我国的石油工业面临的形势是非常严峻的。由于石油资源渐趋衰竭,开发成本大幅上升,石油工业国际竞争力日趋下降;以及我国加入WTO后,石油工业的竞争愈来愈激烈。上述问题的解决关键是在对世界石油工业发展趋势和国际竞争对手做到知己知彼的基础上,提高我国石油工业的国际竞争力。因此对我国石油工业的国际竞争力进行系统研究具有重要的意义。本文试图致力于围绕“国际竞争力”这一核心,建立一套可量化的石油工业国际竞争力评价指标体系。用实证分析的方法,根据指标体系设立的原则,从竞争实力和竞争潜力两方面来评价我国石油工业国际竞争力,找出影响和制约我国石油工业国际竞争力的关键因素,进而采取各种对策与措施,增强我国石油工业的国际竞争力。本文主要分为七章。第一章:前言,主要介绍选题背景,国内研究状况及本文的创新点;第二章:石油工业国际竞争力概述;第三章:我国石油工业及世界石油工业发展现状分析;第四章:石油工业国际竞争力评价指标体系与评价方法,通过建立评价指标体系,采用多目标决策线性加权和评价法,从竞争实力和竞争潜力两方面评价我国石油工业国际竞争力;第五章:我国石油工业国际竞争力评价,通过数据收集整理计算,运用模型比较中国、美国、英国、加拿大、俄罗斯五国石油工业国际竞争力;第六章:提高我国石油工业国际竞争力的对策,分析第五章运算所得数据,指出我国石油工业的薄弱环节;针对性的就我国石油工业薄弱环节提出提高我国石油工业国际竞争力的对策;第七章:结论。我们希望本课题所设计的这套石油工业国际竞争力评价指标体系能够相对科学、准确地描述石油工业的现实状况和发展趋势,为石油工业增强活力、提高国际竞争力提供可靠依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the process of integration with the world economy is promoted,globalization has been a very obvious trend in the operation for the oilindustry. But the situation our country oil industry faced is extremely sternin present. The oil industry international competition strength drops day byday because oil resource gradually failure and the development cost largelyrise. And because after joining the WTO, China will increasingly fiercecompetition in the oil industry.The key to solving these problems is to understand the world oil industrydevelopment trends and international competitors. Therefore the research ofimprove the international competitiveness of China’s petroleum industryhave the vital significance.This paper attempts to work around the "international competitiveness" asthe core, set quantified targets for the oil industry internationalcompetitiveness evaluation system. Use the methods of empirical analysis,according to target system establishment principle, from competitionstrength and competition potential two aspects to appraises our country oil industry international competition strength, discovers the key aspect thataffects and restricts our country oil industry international competitionstrength, use all kinds of strategies and measures to improve theinternational competitiveness of our oil industry.This paper is divided into seven chapters.Chapter 1: Introduction,mainlyintroduce the background of objective briefing choice and the domesticresearch condition and this article innovation spot. Chapter 2: Generallyintroduce the oil industry international competition strength. Chapter 3: Thepresent situation analysis of our country oil industry and world oil industrialdevelopment. Chapter 4: The evaluation index system and evaluationmethods of oil industry internationally competitiveness, through theestablishment of evaluation index system, use decision theory, from thecompetitive strength and competitive potential to evaluation of theinternational competitiveness of China’s petroleum industry. Chapter 5: Anassessment of the international competitiveness of China’s petroleumindustry, collect data by calculating use models to competitive of oilindustry internationally competitiveness in China, the United States, Britain,Canada, Russian. Chapter 6: The response to enhance the internationalcompetitiveness of China’s petroleum industry , analysis the data of Chapter5 pointed out a weak link in China’s oil industry, focused on the weak linksin China’s petroleum industry to increase the international competitivenessof China’s petroleum industry response.
