新型自适应节能电火花脉冲电源的研究

【摘要】 脉冲电源是电火花装置的重要部分,其电参数的输出特性直接决定着电火花加工的性能指标,改善其性能对于节能和提高加工性能有重要意义。本文在对国内外脉冲电源的工作原理、控制策略和加工性能利弊分析的基础上,针对不能有效利用能源和放电电流爬坡和拖尾等弊端,结合本实验室的研究成果,创新地提出了新型自适应节能电火花脉冲电源的设计方案。新型自适应节能脉冲电源延用了电感元件取代限流电阻的节能思路,针对放电电流问题,研究了新的电路结构和控制方式。建立了电压电流双闭环结构:电压闭环控制功率提供端电压稳定,抗电压扰动;电流闭环控制主回路电感电流,设计了自适应控制器,保证电流稳定,解决爬坡和拖尾现象。研究了新型自适应节能脉冲电源的电路结构、工作原理和自适应电流控制原理及其控制策略,提出了高低压回路的AC/DC变换器、功率变换装置、控制策略和系统加工时序控制器的实现方案。系统实现了:加工电流基本稳定;放电脉宽、脉间、放电电流的独立大范围可调;电能利用率大大提高。对电路进行了PCB设计,包括线路板上器件的布局设计、布线设计、抗干扰设计;利用Matlab中的Simulink仿真工具实现了动态系统建模、仿真和分析,证明了系统的可行性,并优化了系统设计、缩短了设计周期。对系统进行了基于计算机的数字化设计,实现了数据采集、监控、数据存储分析、电流闭环数字控制器和加工时序数字控制等。实验结果:本电源放电加工电流稳定、节能效果显著。
【Abstract】 Pulse Generator is an important part of the EDM device, whose output characteristics directly determine the properties of EDM, and improving output has great significance for energy conservation and processing properties. Basing on analyzing working principle, the tactics of controlling and the advantages and disadvantages of processing properties on pulse generator home and abroad, in view of the shortcomings of inefficient use of energy and discharge current instability, combining with the results of laboratory research, an innovative design plan of a new adaptive energy-saving pulse generator for EDM is proposed.The new adaptive energy-saving pulse generator for EDM has continued the energy-saving idea to use the inductance component to replace the limiting resistor, aiming at getting constant current, new circuit structure and control mode have studied. A two-closed-loop about voltage and current was proposed: the voltage loop was used to prohibit voltage disturbance for a constant voltage and the current loop for a constant current, both them would perfect system properties.We have researched it on the structure, operating principle of the circuit and the controlling tactics and principle for adaptive current, and work out AC/DC converter for high-low voltage, power conversion devices, tactics of control and controller for processing scheme. The system can realize some functions: basic stability of circuit; the independent large adjustment of pulse width, pulse interval and discharging circuit; improving greatly utilization ratio of power.PCB has been design for the circuit, including layout design, wiring design and anti-interference design for the components. By using simulating implement box of Simulink in Matlab, a dynamic model of system was building, and simulation analysis has been realized, and systematic feasibility has been proved, and we also made optimization design so that the cycle of design has been shorten.The digital design based on the computer has been made for the system, some functions have been realized, for example, data collect, supervisory control, data memory analysis, digital controller of current closed cycle and the digital control processing sequence and so on.Experiment results: discharging current of the power source is stable and energy conservation is very effective.
