环烷酸缓蚀剂的研制及应用

【摘要】 本文针对环烷酸腐蚀研究了五种缓蚀剂,以中海沥青股份有限公司常减压装置减二线油品为腐蚀介质,采用静态挂片失重法进行缓蚀性能评价,对五种缓蚀剂进行了性能评价,并利用红外光谱及质谱对缓蚀剂进行了分析。先以对乙酰氨基苯酚和三氯氧磷为原料,在三乙胺为催化剂,二氯甲烷为溶剂的条件下,合成了一种新型抗环烷酸腐蚀的缓蚀剂,并用苯胺和95%乙醇对其进行了复配,经缓蚀性能评价,复配后的缓蚀剂缓蚀率达85%以上;考察了水解三(4-乙酰氨苯基)磷酸酯后得到的三(4-氨苯基)磷酸酯的缓蚀性能,并将苯胺和95%乙醇引入进行复配,缓蚀率与复配前相比也有明显的提高,但复配后缓蚀剂缓蚀率仍低于85%;最后,对中海沥青股份有限公司所取缓蚀剂进行了缓蚀性能的评价并对其进行了改性,效果良好,缓蚀率达85%以上,既提高了缓蚀率又降低了经济成本。结果表明,复配缓蚀剂缓蚀性高于复配前缓蚀剂缓蚀性,水解前缓蚀剂缓蚀性高于水解后缓蚀剂缓蚀性,改性后的缓蚀剂缓蚀性优于改性前的缓蚀剂。
【Abstract】 With the increase of the concentration of naphthenic acid in the oil, the corrosion of naphthenic acid becomes worse and worse to the equipments. The text is about the synthesis and the estimate of the inhibitor. The medium of corrosion was No. 2 vacuum cut from Zhonghai Asphaltum Stock Company. The corrosion inhibition performance in the medium was evaluated by using static coupon weight loss method. The method of orthogonal design of experiment was applied to synthesize several inhibitors to optimize the synthetic conditions. The tests developed tris (4-acetamide phenyl) phosphate and its production by cooperation, tris (4-amino phenyl) phosphate and its production by cooperation, the transformed inhibitor. The test result showed that the two inhibitors had good capability among these. The inhibiting rate of the two was higher than 85%(such as the production of tris (4-acetamide phenyl) phosphate by cooperation and the transformed inhibitor). The single factor analytical method was applied to discuss the trend of the inhibiting rate. Finally, the Gas Chromatogram-mass Spectrum was applied to prove the synthesis of inhibitor. The comparative study of corrosion inhibitive effect showed that its production by cooperation was better than the original production, the inhibitor before hydrolyzation was better than that after hydrolyzation, the transformed inhibitor was better than the original inhibitor.
