【摘要】 21世纪，随着我国能源结构和产业结构的调整和突破，以新型的、清洁的能源为主的产业正逐步取代旧的能源产业，“高效能、低污染”天然气资源的广泛利用，对建设“资源节约型、环境友好型”社会有着巨大的经济和社会意义，相应的，这就给CNG加气站的发展提供了前所未有的机遇。目前，CNG加气站在我国的发展还处于一个起步阶段，对加气站项目的评价还是一个新领域，再加上该项目投资数额较大，与国计民生关系重大，因此做好对CNG加气站项目的技术经济评价，使之更好地服务于企业管理者的决策，是一个艰难而又非常重要的工作。本论文结合项目评价的有关理论，以东营市胜中燃气有限公司CNG加气站项目为例，在实地调研基础上，综合运用内部收益率、投资回收期、净现值以及盈利能力分析等各种评价方法，通过评价指标计算，深入、全面分析了胜中加气站项目兴建的盈亏，为公司投资提供参考依据；同时还运用多层次模糊综合评判法、故障树分析法等建立相关评价模型，对胜中加气站项目进行了环境影响评价和安全评价，使项目决策建立在更系统、更科学的基础上，这对进一步提高管理者决策的前瞻性、价值性，进一步提高企业的经济效益、降低经营风险无疑有着非常重要的指导意义和实践意义。更多还原
