酸化稠化剂的制备与评价

【摘要】 稠化酸是碳酸盐岩地层酸化压裂施工的主要酸液体系,稠化酸的关键组分是稠化剂,目前大量使用的稠化剂主要是合成聚合物。论文以丙烯酰胺为主单体,引入二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸单体水相共聚,分别合成了阳离子型酸液稠化剂和阴离子型酸液稠化剂,研究了影响共聚反应的因素,优化了合成条件。评价表明,通过优化条件得到的阴离子型酸液稠化剂WD-1和阳离子型酸液稠化剂WD-2具有较高的相对分子质量,稠化性能优良。室温条件下,WD-1配置稠化酸的粘度达46.3mPa·s,在90℃热处理后热稳定性为85.5%,室温、170s-1条件下剪切2小时后稳定性仍达90%以上。相同条件下,WD-2配置的稠化酸粘度高达63.18mPa·s,热稳定为80%,剪切稳定性达93.6%。同时,由丙烯酰胺(AM)和耐温耐盐的阳离子单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵及一种多元脂扩链剂共聚,制备了一种具有“适时”稠化能力的高温酸液稠化剂。其稠化能力开始明显高于DSGA,但随着注酸过程中酸液温度的升高和与酸液接触时间的延长,稠化酸的粘度下降,有利于乏酸返排,具有对酸液的“适时”稠化作用。
【Abstract】 Viscous acid used in acid fracturing is the main acidizing fluid system for carbonate rock reservoir. The key constituent of viscous acid is viscosifying agent. At present, the viscosifying agent used widely is synthetic polymer. A cationic viscosifying agent, the compolyor of Dimethyl Diallyl Ammonium Chloride (DMDAAC) and Acrylamide (AM), and an anionic viscosifying agent, the compolyor of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpr-opanesulfonate (AMPS) and Acrylamide (AM), were prepared by solution polymerization. The factors affecting copolymerization were studied, and the reacting condition was optimized. The results showed that the molecular weights of anionic viscosifying agent WD-1 and cationic viscosifying agent WD-2 were high. At the condition of room temperature, the viscosity of the WD-1 acid was 46.3mPa·s. The heat resistance after thermal treatment at 90℃was 85.5%. The shear stability was 90% after shearing two hours at the condition of room temperature and 170s-1. At the same condition, the viscosity of the WD-2 acid got 63.18mPa·s. The heat resistance got 80% and shear stability got 93.6%.A new viscosifying agent which has good viscosifying when being injected and low viscosity when being flowbacked is studied.That viscosifying agent was prepared by AM, DMDAAC and a chain extender. Its viscosifying ability was better than DSGA at the beginning. But with the acid temperature ascending and the contact time prolonging, the viscosity of that acid descended. This properly is good for the flowbacking of spent acid.
