新型破乳剂的合成与评价

【摘要】 为解决高含水油田产出液的高效破乳问题,论文进行了低温高效破乳剂的研究。论文首先以醇类聚醚破乳剂SP169和丙烯酸为原料,采用先酯化后聚合的方法合成了一种具有梳状结构的破乳剂,分别探讨了酯化和聚合的条件。在此基础上,分别选取酚醛树脂类聚醚TA1031、多乙烯多胺类聚醚AE8031与丙烯酸进行反应,采用酯化-聚合一步法合成了TA1031梳型破乳剂和AE8031梳型破乳剂。评价表明,TA1031梳型破乳剂和AE8031梳型破乳剂对滨南101队原油、辛1站原油以及辛3站原油均表现出优良的破乳性能,其中TA1031梳型破乳剂在55℃、加量为100mg/L的实验条件下,对辛3站原油乳状液的最终脱水率可达65.8%,而单纯的TA1031在相同条件下脱水率仅为2.7%;另外,TA1031梳型破乳剂在30℃、加量为100mg/L的实验条件下,对滨南101队原油的脱水率即可达到51.6%,而单纯的TA1031仅为8.2%。该结果说明,采用适当条件将常规破乳剂改性成梳状聚合物,可以明显提高其破乳性能。为进一步认识梳状破乳剂的作用机理,针对辛1站原油,考察了破乳剂改性前后对界面膜的稳定性、油/水界面张力的影响以及它们在乳状液中的油/水分配系数,发现梳状破乳剂相比于合成前的样品,破坏界面膜和降低油水界面张力的能力更强,在油/水中的分配系数更接近1。

【Abstract】 In order to demulsify the production fluid effectively, a new kind of demulsifier, which can be used at lower temperature, was investigated.In this paper, acrylic acid and SP169, a kind of polyether demulsifier, was selected to synthetise a comb-like demulsifier. The reaction included two steps: esterification and polymerization, and the reaction conditions were probed. Based on these studies, another two comb-like demulsifiers, named by TA1031 demulsifier and AE8031 demulsifier, were synthetised by one pot reaction of acrylic acid and TA1031, acrylic acid and AE8031, respectively, the evaluation indicated that such demulsifier showed excellent performance of demulsification for oils from 101 station, xin-1 station and xin-3 station in shengli oil field. For oil from xin-3, the final dehydration rate of TA1031 comb-like demulsifier was up to 65.8% within mass concentration of 100mg/L at 55℃, while for TA1031, the raw material, it was only 2.7% at the same conditions, used for oil of bin nan, the final dehydration rate of TA1031 comb-like demulsifier was up to 51.6% within mass concentration of 100mg/L at 30℃, while it was only 8.2% with TA1031. These results confirmed that, to improve performance, conventional demulsifier can be modified into comb-like polymer by adequate means.To probe the mechanism of demulsification futher, the effect of natural demulsifier, including the raw demulsifier and its modifier, on the stability of interface film, oil/water interfacial tension and their oil/water distribution ratio, was studied. The results showed that the come-like ones were superier to the unmodified ones, they broken interface film and decreased interfacial tension more easily, and their oil/water distribution ratio was closer to 1.
