新型细分注水技术研究

【摘要】 油田中高渗透油藏综合含水已经达到89.9%,整体进入高含水期阶段,开采层间差异更加突出,层间干扰更加严重,水驱效果偏低。由于常规分层注水工艺不能很好地适应高含水期的分层注水要求,要提高高含水油田的采收率就必须针对油藏特点开发新型分层注水工艺技术。本文主要研究了地面单层定量配注器、井下双层分注管柱、深井两层分注管柱、井下三层分注管柱,对分层注水工具进行了室内坐封、承压、解封实验。现场试验取得了良好效果,满足了油田分层注水开发的需要,为高含水油田进一步细分层系,提高低渗透层薄夹层油层的动用程度、有效实现合理注水,提高分层注水合格率提供了有力的技术保障,保证了中高渗透油田注水开发工作的顺利进行,使油田增产原油,取得较大的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The composite water cut is more than 89.9 percent of the most permeable reservoir in oil field. The effect of water drive become bad, for the reservoir has gone into the high water cut state, and the interval difference and interaction become more seriously. The common separate layer water injection technique can not adapt to the request of separate layer injection in high water cut stage. It is necessary to develop new separate layer water injection technique according to the reservoir feature to enhance oil recovery. This paper main studied two-layer separate injection tubing string in well, two-layer separate injection tubing string in deep well, three-layer separate injection tubing string in well, etc. Do setting, pressurization and unsetting experiment of separate injection tools in door. The effectiveness is favorable in the field application. It is a powerful technique guarantee for satisfying the request of separate layer water injection in oil field, and further subdividing layer system in high water cut reservoir, and raising the productivity in less permeable layer and short lap, and realizing reasonable water injection, raising the qualification rate of separate water injection, ensuring the work of middle and most permeable reservoir successfully, and raising the productivity of oil field, and make more economic benefit.
