【摘要】 末伦文化是广西一种尚待研究与开发的民族个性鲜明的壮族地方活态文化,主要分布在以全国壮族人口聚居最密集的县份——靖西县为中心的广西西南边境局部地区,她起源于壮族原生态宗教文化,以壮族最具代表性的民间曲艺之一“末伦”为载体,以壮族的历史文化、民俗风情和社会生活为基本内容,具有悠久的发展历史、深厚的文化底蕴、独特的艺术魅力和丰富的社会功能,极具传承与开发的价值。末伦文化起源于何时,受诸多因素的制约,目前已难以考证,但从相关的资料记载判断和现今的考察情况分析,我们至少可以将末伦文化的历史追溯到明清时期。末伦文化从其产生之日起到现在,经历了一个兴衰发展的演变过程:巫文化的孕育、土司制度的催化和艺术天赋的造就,使其成为了壮族民众喜闻乐见的民俗瑰宝;但是,步入20世纪七、八年代之后,受自身发展内在因素的影响以及历史、时代和环境等外在条件的制约,末伦文化开始呈现出衰落的迹象,而今,其传承者势单力薄,受众形单影只。开发末伦文化产业意义重大,既有利于实现末伦文化的保护传承,又有利于推动区域经济的发展,同时还有利于发展民俗文化旅游,促进当地的新农村建设。当前,民族文化产业正成为投资西部的热点,靖西的壮族文化也日趋倍受社会关注,再加上中国-东盟自由贸易区的启动、中国-东盟博览会的举办和“右三角”特色经济区的构建,时代潮流和社会情势为末伦文化产业开发开创了前所未有的大好机遇。与此同时,末伦文化的文化特性和生存环境也为其产业开发铸造了深厚的潜力。我们可通过可实施“一二三四五”方案对末伦文化产业进行规划与运作,即:“一条发展路线”(以旅游业为产业开发载体),“二大发展战略”(1.举办标志性节庆,实施系列化运作,2.举办标志性会展,实施日常化运作),“三项运作策略”(1.节庆会展品牌化运作策略,2.逐步市场化的运作模式,3.建立财务责任制运作机制),“四大开发原则”(1.发挥优势与吸收引进相结合,2.观赏性与参与性相结合,3.奇异性与熟悉性相结合,4.稳定性与变化性相结合)和“五项基础工作”(1.培养末伦文化传人,2.搜集传统末伦曲目,3.编创末伦新曲目和末伦剧,4.建立末伦文化知识体系,5.开展深入广泛的宣传)相结合的产业开发方案,以此将末伦文化的保护传承与利用开发有机地结合起来,实现文化与经济的良性互动。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Culture of Molun" is one kind of local living cultural of Zhuang Nationality that has not been developed enough yet. This ethical culture mainly distributes over Jingxi County and southwest border areas nearby . "Culture of Molun" originated from the original Zhuang’s religious culture, which uses one of representative folk acrobatics, Molun as its carrier, the history,culture, folk custom and social life as its basic contents which has a long history of development, cultural connotation, unique artistic charm and rich social function.In this Culture. Therefore,“Molun”has the value of inheritance and development.It’s difficult to testify the time when "Culture of Molun" originated at present, which was influenced by a lot of factors, but from the relevant recording data and on-the-spot investigation nowadays, we can at least trace the history of "Culture of Molun" back to Ming and Qing Dynasty period.“Culture of Molun”has experienced a vicissitude process from evolution to development. The witch Culture ’s inoculation , chieftain system catalysis and achievements of art endowed by nature make this culture become the folk treasure of Zhuang nationality. However, after 70th and 80th of the twentieth century, affected by its own internal factors and outer conditions of history, times and environment, this culture shows obvious signs of decline and very likely become extinct.Development of the culture of Molun has a great significance, which helps to protect and inherit this culture, impel the development of regional economy, develop the folk-culture tourism and promote local new rural reconstruction. At present, the culture industry is becoming a hot investment in the western region, the culture of Zhuang nationality in Jingxi has also greatly arouse wide concern. Moreover, the launching of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, holding of China-ASEAN Expo held and the construction of "Right Triangle" special economic zone, the trend of the times and social situation brings a good opportunity to the development of the cultural industry of Molun. Meanwhile, the cultural characteristics and its living environment of this culture cast a deep potential for the development of this cultural industry.We can plan and operate the culture industry of Molun by carrying out the "12345" program. Namely: A) "One development line" (take the tourism industry as development carrier).B) "Two major development strategies"( 1. Hold landmark festival, the implementation of serial operation. 2. Organize landmark exhibitions, implementation of the day-to-day operations. ) C) "Three operational strategies" (1. operation strategies of festival exhibition brand. 2. Market-oriented mode of operation. 3. Establishment of financial accountability mechanism. ) D) "Development of four principles" (1. Combination of its internal advantages and introduction. 2. Combination of watching and participation. 3. Combination of strangeness and familiarity. 4. Combination of Stability and variation. E) The "five basic work" (1. Training the inheritors of Molun. 2. Collecting the traditional melody of Molun. 3. Creation of new melody and drama. 4. Establishment of Molun cultural knowledge system. 5. Deep and extensive Propagandism in public. ) which combines the industry development program with this cultural heritage protection and development in order to achieve the positive interaction between culture and economy.更多还原
