钢箱梁的优化设计研究

【摘要】 钢箱梁采用高强材料,构件重量轻,强度高,运输安装简捷,是大跨桥梁的理想桥型。在当代的建筑结构和交通工程设计中,钢箱梁的设计被普遍采用。因此钢箱梁的优化是工程中需要迫切解决的问题。在传统的工程设计中,由于理论的不完善和计算手段的局限,结构设计仍是以倾向结构安全为主而较少兼顾方案的经济性。设计人员一般按照规范要求以规范对于强度,刚度,稳定性的要求来设计钢箱梁。传统的结构设计实际是结构校核,其过程是假设一分析一校核一重新设计。重新设计的目的也是要选择一个合理的方案,但它也只属于简单分析的范畴,且只能凭设计者的经验作很少几次重复来完成最终设计。结构优化设计指的是结构综合,其过程大致是假设一分析一搜索一最优设计。搜索过程也是修改设计的过程,这种修改是按一定的优化方法使设计方案达到“最优”的目标,是一种主动的、有规划的搜索过程并以达到预定的“最优”目标为满足。本文根据结构优化的思想,通过建立新的力学计算模型对钢箱梁的翼缘和腹板的受力和稳定性进行了分析研究。给出了用以屈曲应力为约束的满应力准则法来解决钢箱梁结构优化的方法。并且以一维搜索法为数学工具开发出了钢箱梁受压翼缘优化设计程序。通过分析比较程序的计算数据得出了适合于人行天桥钢箱梁的优化设计建议。本文引入了薄板屈曲因数以及屈曲应力因子和优化控制因子的概念,为从定性的角度去优化钢箱梁给出了方法并且编写了相应的优化延伸程序。本文还结合我国现行规范和其它国家的设计规范,给出了更详细的加劲肋设置和设计方法,以及腹板的加劲肋设计方法。补充了我国规范在此方面的不足。

【Abstract】 Steel box girder is composed of high-intensity material. It is strong and light. Steel box girder is ideal structure of big stride-across bridge. In the present age, steel box girder has been used extensively in China. So optimum of the steel box girder becomes the problem which badly needs to be solved in civil engineering.In traditional engineering design, designer usually considers conservative safety much more than structure economy. The designer usually designs steel box girder according to regulation of the strengthen, stiffens, stability of steel box girder. Traditional design method is only to check up the structure. Its process is: hypothesis-analysis-checking up-re-design. The goal of re-design is to select a reasonable design, and it is only a kind of simple analysis which is accomplished according to the experience of the designer. Structure optimum design is a kind of structure synthesis design. Its process is: hypothesis-analysis-searching- optimum design. The searching process is the process in which designer amends his design. The amended is to get the optimum designing goal according to the certain optimum method. It is an initiative regulated search process which ends up with the scheduled optimum goal.New mechanics model is set up to analysis the strength and stability of flange and web of steel box girder according to structure optimum method. The thesis shows the way to use full-stress standard method constrained by the critical stress to solve the optimum of steel box girder structure. The program for designing steel box girder pressed web optimum is compiled. In addition, proposal which is fit for steel box girder optimum design got by comparing the program calculating result is brought forward.The bucking coefficient, optimum parameter and overall bucking parameter are mentioned in the thesis to bring forward an initiative method for steel box girder optimum method, and compile the program to realize it.In this thesis, the detailed method of stiffened plate’s design is given. The design specifications of other countries are reference. This method can be supplement of design specification.
