基于贯流风机的禽舍风送式喷雾消毒试验研究

【摘要】 喷雾消毒效果的优劣与喷雾均匀性、雾滴大小以及喷雾覆盖面积有直接的关系,因此,本文通过对风送式喷雾的理论分析,选取液力式雾化方式与贯流风机送风的结合,实现雾滴二次破碎和雾滴远距离飞行及大面积覆盖的统一,更进一步提高了消毒效果。本文分析了贯流风机的结构和原理,选择型号为GFD-A1的贯流风机并对风速场进行了测试,确定了风机外流场的近似形状,运用FLUENT流体仿真软件对风机外流场进行仿真模拟,获得风机外流场的变化趋势,确定出合理的喷头安装位置。根据试验系统要求选择XAPF型塑料喷嘴、JGD1500INXP4型增压泵以及管路控制阀等。喷雾系统建立以后,进行了风速和压力等因素对喷雾效果的影响试验,并对试验中雾滴大小、雾滴均匀度、雾滴覆盖率等进行了分析计算,绘制了雾滴分布的变化曲线,并用图像处理的方法评价不同喷雾条件下的空间雾滴分布及射程的定性分析。试验结果表明:(1)基于贯流风机的风送式喷雾消毒系统运行可靠,压力、流量风速调节方便;(2)风送式喷雾系统能够达到微雾喷雾的效果,雾滴谱较窄,雾滴粒径较小,均匀度较高,总体上,风送式喷雾的雾化效果要比普通无风送喷雾的雾化质量要高;(3)当供水压力低于0.3MPa时,随着压力增大,喷雾雾滴逐渐变小,均匀度逐渐提高,当喷雾压力大于0.3MPa后喷雾雾滴均匀度降低,喷雾效果下降;(4)采用图像分析方法进行雾滴分布均匀性和射程试验结果表明,低风速情况下喷雾均匀度较常规状态喷雾均匀性高,但高风速喷雾情况下均匀度更高。贯流风机送风的喷雾消毒装置,稳定高速气流和液力式喷雾的结合促进了微雾的生成,为禽舍喷雾消毒提供了高效的技术方法。最后本文对应用基于贯流风机的风送式喷雾系统在禽舍喷雾消毒中的应用进行了系统的设计分析。所研制的贯流风机送风的风送式喷雾消毒、降温、通风于一体的多功能装置尚需进行现场性能研究。

【Abstract】 It had directly connection with the pros,droplet size and spray coverage to effects of spraying sanitization.Theory about assist-spraying was analyzed,then decided that hydraulic spraying combined with cross-flow fan achieving droplet secondary crusher and droplet distance flights and large area coverage of the reunification of further increasing the effectiveness of sanitization.Structure and principles of cross-flow fan were analyzed.Fluid simulation with FLUENT access to the fan exodus market trend,determine reasonable sprinkler installation location.In this trial system,XAPF plastic nozzle JGD1500INXP4 pump and valve were chosen.Wind speed and pressure and other factors on the effects of spraying tested.The droplet size,uniformity,coverage rates have been computed, Droplet distribution curve was drew using image processing.The test showed:(1)Based on cross-flow fan air-assist Spraying sanitization system,it runs reliably.It is easy to adjust pressure,flow speed;(2)Air-assist spraying can achieve micro-mist spray,a narrow droplet spectrum, smaller size,higher uniformity,in a nutshell,air-assist spraying have higher quality;(3)When the water pressure less than 0.3 MPa,with increasing pressure,droplets became smaller,uniformity gradually increase,when more than 0.3 MPa pressure spray after spray droplet evenness lower spray effects decline.(4)Droplet uniformity and range were tested using image analysis methods showed that high wind speed spraying can has higher degree of uniformity.Cross-flow fan spraying sanitization devices has high-speed stability and flow of hydraulic sprayer for the combination of the fog-generating,spraying sanitization for the birdhouse to provide an efficient method.Finally,the cross-flow fan spraying delivery system in the birdhouse spraying sanitization of the system design. Cross-flow fan was used to spraying sanitization,cooling,ventilation in the integration of multi-function devices needed for on-site properties.
