【摘要】 河南是农业大省、人口大省。蔬菜作为其重要的农产品之一,栽培历史悠久。改革开放以来,随着农产品流通体制改革和“菜篮子“工程的实施,特别是1992年以来河南蔬菜生产得到了快速发展,面积产量迅速增加,目前全省蔬菜播种面积已达到1600千公顷,成为全国蔬菜播种面积第二大省,成为河南种植业除粮食之外的第一大经济作物。在促进经济发展、农民增收:扩大出口创汇,平衡农产品国际贸易:解决城乡居民就业、维护社会稳定;保证全民健康,提高人民生活质量等方面取得不可替代的作用。但河南远非蔬菜强省,与山东等蔬菜强省相比还有很大的差距,蔬菜产业的发展还有很多问题。对河南蔬菜产业发展进行分析和研究具有现实意义。本文以蔬菜栽培学、经济学为理论基础,综合利用农学、市场营销学、蔬菜商品经济学、贸易经济学、系统论等原理,在大量搜集相关数据、信息资料的基础上,采取定性分析与定量分析相结合、实证分析与规范分析相结合以及抽象分析、比较分析等多种方法,对河南省蔬菜产业发展进行分析研究。本论文共分8个部分。第一部分文献综述简要介绍了河南蔬菜发展历程,国际及中国蔬菜产业发展的基本现状与特征,以及目前针对蔬菜产业进行的相关研究和理论基础。第二部分介绍了本论文的研究内容和方法。第三部分介绍了河南省的地理位置、交通信息条件、土地资源、人口资源等基本情况,重点分析介绍与蔬菜生产关系紧密的气候资源与气候条件。第四部分从生产、科研、流通、加工储藏、无公害生产及出口等方面分析了河南蔬菜产业现状。第五部分简要分析研究了河南省农村、城镇、国内、国际蔬菜市场需求。第六部分是与蔬菜强省比较分析了河南蔬菜产业发展存在的问题,找出了河南蔬菜产业在种植规模、劳动生产率、质量安全意识、加工出口、政府支持服务力度等方面存在着很大的差距。第七部分根据蔬菜产业的现状及存在的问题,在经济全球化的背景下,对河南蔬菜产业如何发展进行了研究。提出了紧紧围绕国内外市场需求,以农民就业增收为目标,以科技创新为动力,以发展蔬菜深加工流通业为切入点,进一步优化产品布局和品种结构,努力提升产品档次与质量安全性,增强产品外向能力的基本思路。并设想了河南蔬菜发展的基本目标,提出了用工业化的发展理念发展蔬菜;发展蔬菜深加工,完善蔬菜产业化体系:提高品质和档次增加出口等八项发展对策。第八部分总结了本论文的研究结论,提出了进一步的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 ABSTRACT:Henan is a big agricultural province with big population.As one of the most important farm production,vegetable has a long planting history.After economic reform and open-up of china,with the reform of farm produces circulation system and the implementation of "vegetable skep" project,Henan’s vegetable industry has made great progress especially since 1992.Now,Henan Province sows 16 million hectares of vegetables each year and takes No.2 place in China.Vegetable has become the No.1 cash crop except grain in farming industry.Now vegetable industry has played an irreplaceable role in promoting economic development and increasing farmer’s income,expanding export and stabilizing international trade of agriculture produces,supplying employment opportunities and keeping the stability of society,safeguarding the health and improving the living standard of human being. Henan is far from a strong vegetable production province,and has a big gap compared With Shandong and other strong vegetable provinces.There are many problems in the development of vegetable industry in Henan Province.Analysis and research on the development of vegetable industry are meaningful realistically.With vegetable farming theories and economics as theory foundation,on the premise of collecting abundant data,the dissertation studies Henan’s vegetable industry,by applying theories,such as Agronomy,Marketing,Vegetable Commodity Economics,Trade Economics and System Theory,and research means,such as integration of quantitative and qualitative analysis,integration of positive and normative analysis,abstract analysis,comparative analysis,and so on.The dissertation consists of 8 parts.The first part introduces the developing process of Henan’s vegetable industry,the general actuality and characteristics of the global and China’s vegetable industry,and the relative research and theory foundation aimed at vegetable industry.The second part introduces the content and research methods of the dissertation.The third part introduces the geographic location, transportation and communications,land and population resources and other basic situations,with emphasis on the climate resources and weather conditions which has close relationships with vegetable production.The fourth part analyses the actuality of Henan’s vegetable industry from the aspect of production,research,circulation, processing and storage,non-environmental production and export.The fifth part briefly analyses the market demand for vegetable in city,rural,domestic and international market.The sixth part compares Henan vegetable industry with that of strong provinces to find the existing problems and gaps such as planting scale, productivity,quality safety awareness,processing and export,support and service power from government.The seventh part carries through the research about how to develop vegetable industry according the actuality and existing problems of vegetable industry under the big background of economic globalization.In this part the dissertation issues basic thought way,which is to optimize produces layout and varieties structures,to improve the quality and safety of produces,to promote the foreign-oriented ability,by strictly surrounding the domestic and international demand, with the increase of farmer’s income as objective,with science and technology innovation as power,with the development of vegetable deep processing and circulation as cut-in point.Also the dissertation conceives the basic objectives for Henan’s vegetable industry,issues 8 countermeasures which is to develop vegetables with industrialization concept,to develop deep processing,to improve vegetable industrialization system,to improve quality and safety to promote export,etc.The eighth part summarizes the conclusion of the dissertation and issues the future research direction.更多还原
