有限刚度加强层和刚性加强层结构体系的抗震性能研究

Research for the Seismic Behavior of the Structural System with Limited Stiffness Outrigger and with Rigid Outrigger

【摘要】 在超高层建筑结构设计中,当采用常规的结构体系无法控制水平力作用下的结构水平位移时,往往会增设带水平伸臂桁架的加强层,限制外框柱的位移,使外框柱和核心筒变形协调,达到增加结构刚度,减小结构水平位移的目的。但是长期以来加强层的研究主要针对当假定水平伸臂为刚性时,如何使刚性加强层的位移控制效率发挥最大。而对于带加强层的结构体系,由于刚性加强层过于集中的楼层刚度,在水平地震作用下,给整个主体结构带来的种种不利影响,及其导致的结构抗震性能方面的缺陷等,并无彻底、深入的研究,更无完善、有效的解决方案。鉴于上述情况,本文提出了设置多道刚度较小的加强层,将过份集中的楼层刚度分散于多处,从而化解其对结构体系抗震性能的不利影响,并能达到同样位移控制效果的结构体系—带有限刚度加强层的结构体系。通过对带加强层结构体系的静力计算理论和以结构动力学为基础的结构抗震设计计算理论的深入分析和研究,并以一个具体的工程算例,在多遇地震作用下,采用我国现行结构设计规范所推荐的振型分解反应谱法,对不设加强层、设刚性加强层和设有限刚度加强层这三种不同的结构体系进行弹性计算分析,经过对各方面计算结果的详细对比分析,证明了设有限刚度加强层的结构体系在抗震性能上优于设刚性加强层的结构体系,并能起到同样的位移控制作用,是抗震设防地区超高层建筑结构设计中首选的结构体系。

【Abstract】 In the design of super high-rises, if the regular structural system can not control the structural horizontal displacement, outriggers will be adopted to restrain the displacement of outer columns and coordinate the distortion of outer columns as well as the core so that the stiffness of the structure is strengthened and structural horizontal displacement is decreased.However, for long the focus of the research of outriggers is how to maximize the effect of displacement control of rigid outriggers when the assumed outriggers are rigid. But insightful and thorough researches along with more effective solutions to the defects of outriggers are still absent. For instance, for the structural system with outriggers, the main structure will be influenced in various negative ways due to the concentrated rigidness of the rigid outriggers under the horizontal seismic force. Moreover, outriggers lead to weakness in a structure in terms of seismic behavior.Targeted at the problem, this thesis proposes that the negative influence of outriggers on a structural system can be relieved by setting several less rigid outriggers so that over concentrated rigidness can be separated and the structural system can also achieve displacement control to the same degree.Based on a concrete project analysis, the thesis adopts the recommended M.A.R.S. method in practice in our country and carries out elastic analysis of three different structural systems i.e. with outriggers, with rigid outriggers and with limited rigidness outriggers through static analysis theory of the structural System with outriggers as well as seismic design and analysis theory based on structural dynamics. Through detailed comparison and analysis of the results, the thesis proves that structural system with limited rigidness outriggers is superior to that with rigid outriggers in terms of seismic behavior, and displacement control can be achieved. Therefore, it shall be the premium structural system of the super-highrise design in the earthquake fortification zone.
