预应力控制超长结构裂缝的研究

【摘要】 超长结构在我国大量出现,预应力是解决超长结构开裂的常用方法。目前,我国对超长预应力结构的分析和设计方法研究尚不多,对该结构考虑温度收缩作用还没有形成一致的设计方法,本文结合实际的工程及相关测试,对超长预应力结构的设计与施工做出了分析,主要研究工作如下:1.结合工程现场测试,对太阳辐射对结构的影响进行了分析,提出了太阳辐射产生的温度作用的计算方法,比较了理论计算与实测数据的结果。2.对超长预应力结构相关构件的应变与温度进行了长期的测试,并对各测点的应力应变进行了理论计算,主要计算了温度及收缩徐变作用对结构的影响,并且比较了理论计算与测试的结果,说明了超长结构的温度收缩作用的计算方法,对于计算精度和超长结构的裂缝控制方法,提出了相关的建议。3.由于超长预应力结构的特殊性,施工路径对超长结构的影响较大,本文分析了超长预应力结构的施工路径效应,提出了超长预应力结构合理的施工方法。4.在总结以往研究成果的基础上,对超长预应力结构的设计,比较了两种考虑温度作用的不同的设计方法。取实际结构,进行了有限元分析,提出了超长结构的设计要点,同时比较了考虑与不考虑温度荷载作用的设计过程,比较了其中构件的配筋,说明了组合温度作用的设计方法。

【Abstract】 The ultra long structure massively appears in our country ,the prestress are commonly usedto deal with the crack controlling of these structure. Now, there are not many research on theanalysis and the design method of the ultra long pre-stressed structure ,and has not formed theconsistent design method to this structure, this article unifies the actual project and the correlationtest, has made the analysis to the ultra long pre-stressed structure’s design and the construction,the main research work is as follows:1. Combin the scene test of the project, has carried on the analysis in view of the solar radiation tothe structure, and proposed the calculating method of the temperature function produced by thesolar radiation, and compared theoretical calculation with the measured data result.2. Carried on the long-term strain and the temperature test of the ultra long pre-stressed structureand the theoretical calculation to various measuring points’ stress and strain, mainly calculated theinfluence produced by the temperature and the shrinkage to the structure, and has compared thetheoretical calculation and the test result, explained the way to calculates the temperature and thecontraction function to the ultra long structure, put forward the related proposal to thecomputation precision and crack control method to the ultra long structure.3. For the ultra long pre-stressed structure’s particularity, the construction way has much influenceto the ultra long structure., this article has analyzed the ultra long pre-stressed structure’sconstruction rote effect, proposed the reasonable construction method to the ultra longpre-stressed structure.4. In summary the formerly research results, compared with two different design methodconsidering temperature function to the ultra long structure, has carried on the finite elementanalysis to the actual structure, proposed the main point to ultra long structure’s design,simultaneously, compared the considering temperature and contraction function with not toconsider the temperature function in the design, has compared the quantity of the reinforcing steelbar of the component, explained the design method of the combination the temperature function towith other loads.
