薯蓣皂苷元衍生物的合成及活性研究

【摘要】 通过豚鼠离体气管条实验发现薯蓣皂苷元对气管条具有舒张作用,且其效果优于对照品M受体选择性拮抗剂—西贝素,该发现为首次报道。据此,推测薯蓣皂苷元生物活性可能是通过M受体介导,为阐明其作用途径提供了新的视角。本论文设计、合成了7个薯蓣皂苷元衍生物,其中6个为全新化合物,并对7个衍生物进行了生物活性对照试验。其中3β-对甲基苯甲酰薯蓣皂苷元活性优于薯蓣皂苷元,3β-戊酰薯蓣皂苷元的活性与薯蓣皂苷元相当,其余衍生物的活性均有不同程度的下降,表现出一定的规律。经波谱法鉴定了上述衍生物的结构。

【Abstract】 It was testified that diosgenin could relax the guinea pig isolated trachea and the effect was superior to the same activity of imperialine,an M receptor antagonist.This result was reported firstly.Hereby,it implied that biological activity of diosgenin might be intervented by M receptor,which provided a new scene for clarifying disgenin’s founction route.Seven diosgenin derivatives were designed and synthesized,and six of them were new compounds.Their biological activities were tested. The biological activity of 3β-p-methylbenzoatediosgenin was better ,the 3β-valeryldiosgenin’s was equal ,and the others’ were decreasing, compared with diosgenin.This result exhibited the orderliness.The structure of these compounds were identified by spectral data.
