四川省制药企业核心竞争力研究

【摘要】 目的四川省作为我国的西部大省，在制药业上有着良好的基础。但近年来四川省制药企业发展速度减缓，整体实力在全国的位次有所下滑。如何在激烈的竞争中建立四川省制药企业的核心竞争力，使四川省制药企业的实力不断增强，已成为一个亟待解决的问题。本文通过对国外制药企业和四川省制药企业的核心竞争力进行分析，并构建制药企业核心竞争力评价模型对四川迪康药业进行实证研究，提出四川省制药企业构建核心竞争力的战略对策，以期对提升四川省制药企业的竞争力有促进作用。方法本文研究采取的是理论分析与实证分析、比较分析与案例分析、定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法。文章从核心竞争力的理论研究入手，接着对国外制药企业核心竞争力的构建情况进行了研究，并对辉瑞公司进行了具体分析。然后，本文对四川省制药企业的现状进行了分析，并分别针对四川省的中药、化学药、生物制药企业，具体分析各子行业目前所具备的比较优势和劣势。同时，构建了制药企业核心竞争力评价模型，对四川迪康药业股份有限公司进行评价。在综合分析和实证研究的基础上，提出构建四川省制药企业核心竞争力的对策。内容本文共分为五部分，各部分的主要内容如下：第一部分从核心竞争力的理论研究入手，对企业核心竞争力的理论发展、定义、基本特征、竞争优势进行了分析，并对制药企业的特点和核心竞争力构成要素进行了研究。第二部分分析了国外制药企业核心竞争力的构建过程和特点，并辉瑞公司核心竞争力的构建进行了具体分析，对四川省制药企业的发展具有较大的借鉴意义。第三部分对四川省制药企业的现状进行了分析，并分别针对四川省的中药、化学药、生物制药企业具体分析，探讨了各子行业构建核心竞争力所具备的比较优势和劣势。第四部分构建了制药企业核心竞争力评价模型，并对四川迪康药业股份有限公司进行实证分析和评价。第五部分在综合分析和实证研究的基础上，文章从企业资源、技术创新、市场开发、企业管理、企业文化五个方面，针对性地提出四川省制药企业构建核心竞争力的战略对策，对提升四川省制药企业的竞争力有着较为重要的研究价值和意义。创新点文章创新点在于针对四川省制药企业各子行业具体情况进行分析，结论更具有现实意义；同时，构建了企业核心竞争力评价模型，对四川省制药企业进行了实证研究，有别于以往完全定性的论文研究，定量和定性相结合的分析研究更具有说服力。结论四川省制药企业拥有较好的产业基础和资源条件，但和东部制药企业比较有较大差距。要提高四川省制药企业的竞争实力，可以从整合企业资源、形成差异化的技术创新能力、加大市场开发力度、完善企业管理制度、塑造优秀的企业文化等方面入手，构建四川省制药企业的核心竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Sichuan province, as a great western province of China, have a good foundation in the pharmaceutical industry. However, in recent years, the pharmaceutical enterprises in Sichuan has slowed down, and the overall strength have declined in the country. How to establish the core competence of pharmaceutical enterprises in Sichuan in a fierce competition, and enhance their strength, has become an urgent solution. In this paper, the core competence of foreign enterprises and pharmaceutical enterprises in Sichuan has been analysised. And then, the pharmaceutical enterprise’s core competence evaluation model has been constructed, and Sichuan Dikang enterprise has been evaluated. So it has significance to improve the core competence of pharmaceutical enterprise in Sichuan.Methods In this paper, the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, comparative analysis and case analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of a combination of methods. Based on theoretical studies, the article made more profound theoretical study to the core competence. Meanwhile, foreign companies to build the core competitive edge of the research, and to conduct analysis of Pfizer. Then, the article analyzes the status of pharmaceutical enterprises in Sichuan, and specificly analyzes of the comparative advantages and disadvantages aimed at the Chinese medicine, chemical medicines and biological pharmaceutical enterprises in the sub-sector. Also, the core competence evaluation model of pharmaceutical companies has been build , and to evaluate Chengdu DiKang Pharmaceutical Corporation. Based on comprehensive analysis and empirical research, the articles propose how to establish the core competence of pharmaceutical corporation in Sichuan.Content This paper is divided into five parts, each part of the major elements is: The first part from the core competence theoretical research, and analyse the theoretical development, definition, basic characteristics and competitive advantage, then study the characteristics and the core elements. The second part analyse the process of constructing the core competence of foreign pharmaceutical enterprises, and particularly study Pfizer’s core competence, these are useful for the pharmaceutical enterprises in Sichuan. The third part of the analysis of the current situation of pharmaceutical enterprises in Sichuan, and were aimed at the Chinese medicine, chemical medicines, Biopharmaceutical Enterprises specific analysis, and research the advantages and disadvantages. The fourth part construct the evaluation model of enterprise’s core competence, and analyse Sichuan DiKang Pharmaceutical Corporation. In the fifth part based on the comprehensive analysis and empirical research, the paper propose from the enterprise resources, technological innovation, market development, business management, and corporate culture, and these has important research value and significance to enhance the competence of pharmaceutical enterprises in Sichuan.Innovation Sichuan pharmaceutical innovation lies in the article against the specific sub-sector analysis, the conclusion is more practical significance. Meanwhile, the paper construct the enterprise’s core competitiveness evaluation model, and study the pharmaceutical enterprises in Sichuan. Qualitative research papers completely different from the past, the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis is more persuasive.Conclutions Sichuan pharmaceutical industry has a good foundation and resources, but there is still a considerable gap between the eastern pharmaceutical enterprises. So the core competence of pharmaceutical enterprise in Sichuan could be advanced from packing up enterprise resources, resulting in the ability in technological innovation, increasing market development efforts, improving enterprise management system, and building corporate culture.更多还原
