【摘要】 产业链的稳定与发展背后隐藏的核心问题是如何确定产业链利益的分配问题。通过分析奶业产业链各个环节,注意到有生产→集中→加工→销售→利润分配几个环节,在各个环节中都存在利益主体分配问题。本文从利益机制的规范性分析出发,研究了乳制品加工企业与经销商利益主体的之间的合作关系与营销模式,对双方利益主体的合作区间进行了界定,并指出了利润分配比例的具体值。在此基础上,以内蒙古呼市地区的乳制品加工企业为例,从经济角度,客观地分析加工→销售→利润环节中的乳制品加工企业及其经销商等利益主体利益机制,并通过观测呼和浩特市乳制品加工企业与经销商利益分配及乳制品企业给经销商提供的激励机制现状,来分析利益机制存在问题,提出相应的对策及建议,从而帮助本地区奶业建立更完善的利益机制,以促进本地区的奶业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The essence question of the industrial chain’s stability and development is how to decide on the distribution problem of the industrial chain’s benefit. By analyzing several links of dairy industrial chain, we find there have several links ,which has production→accumulation→process→sell→profit distribution link ,there are the distribution problem of profit pursuing parts in the each link. The thesis studies on the cooperation and the sell model between the dairy process factory and agent’s profit pursuing parts from the angle of the econometrics theory of the benefit mechanism, to definite the range of cooperation between them, to definite the value of the distribution ratio. On the basis of these, to take the dairy process factory in inner Mongolia huhhot for example, from the economics angle ,objectively to analyze the benefit mechanism among the dairy process、agent etc in the link of process→sell→benefit ,at the same time to research the stimulation mechanism between in huhhot, to find the problem of the benefit mechanism and supply the strategy、suggestions in order to establish the complete benefit mechanism of milk industry and get a fast development of milk industry.更多还原
